Note to my 4-or-whatever-some-readers:

After a year or so, I've finally returned to writing, or what Adriana would probably say "harrassing" my friends, instead of of meticulously drawing them in my self-indulgent catroons without any type of consent. Fair warning, considering the great time lapse, I thought it would be only fair to add a time lapse into the story to keep the timeline relatively current in order to add new characters. Well... enjoy! (P.S. I apologize beforehand that I don't have the capacity with the level of pervertiveness Moodle Doodle  achieves. )

(BETH's POV)

My experience with that weird Asian kid soon became a regular thing, along with her other weirdo friends, after she took me home from Ella's that day. We discovered we were neighbors. Literally just two houses down from each other. Dumb AF. At first I thought they were all suicidal emos who enjoyed playing in graveyards, but no, just emo creeps. I could live with that. And basically just like that, I joined their group.

I wished for Summer to arrive soon. Mabel had a nice pool. Usually her house was filled with sweets and her room was scented like oranges too.

(MABEL's POV)

We were soon filling  our round table of knights to the full max. By next year, we'll be freshmen in highschool with the rectangle tables at lunch. I couldn't wait. More people to mooch off for snacks.

(ELLA's POV)

10th Period 2:55 PM

"So, Mike and I are having a contest how many girls we can get numbers from, so.." the souless red head fumbled with his hands as he blabblered on some idiocy.

I forced myself  not to roll my eyes in order to be nice. Mabel was just beyond the corner of the wall and I sensed a cackling laughter from the gym. There was no escape bewteen myeslf, him, and the Devil. In the end, I gave him my number on a piece of paper while he scampered away only after he shoved a tiny piece of ripped off notebook paper into my spidery hands. My whole body relaxed as soon he was out of sight, but then a chill went up my spine, forcing me to tense up again. A snake just slithered up my back. Most disgusting...

"Soooooo... how'd it go?" Mabel is the worst at times... okay, most times.

"I don't know how to answer that." Ashamed, I hung my head down and squished my cheeks to hide the flushed pink. Mabel grabbed my backpack from the beaten old bench, along with her own, and tossed me my bag and a granola bar from the front zipper pocket. Straps on both shoulders, we walked to the front doors to wait for my MA to pick us up. Mabel already had gone through her third juicebox by that time.

"You should have..*slurrrrrrppp*... just given him a fake number."

You couldn't tell, but I was internally crying as I led us to the outside sidewalk.

The following week, Addison, Mari, and Beth, and even Rod knew about my thing with the red-head. No text from him yet, thank God! More to the problem, other unwanted came flocking in my direction! I thought to myself, just... WHYYYYYY IN THE HELL MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE? Of course that then led to new open doors for Mabel and friends to create a listless amount of ships. Tina soon becmae a distant memory we all sorta forgot. You're welcome, Addison.  Even with my own drama going on, gym was a whole different story. Time for Marie's point of view. FINALLY!

(MARIE's POV)

"Are these shorts too short? I feel like they're showing an outline."

"No, I think you'll be good as long as you keep your shirt down." Addy butted in as she huffed alongside Elli, struggling a bit to keep pace with her legs versus Elli's long slim ones. Her face seemed flushed and paler than usual. I assumed it was the fact she wasn't wearing any makeup since it was after all a gym day. I should have asked.
"Yeah, you're good. Don't worry too much about it." Elli said. I thought that was a good enough answer so I let it go.

The class ran about 5-7 laps around the gymnasium for the duration of ten minutes. I kept equal pace with the girls, that including our new member of the group, Beth. She seemed nice enough and Mabel and her seemed to be hitting it off pretty well. Elli is gonna have some competition.

The only boy in the group was in the other gym, only a closed doorway away. I still kinda hope Rodd and Addy were a thing, but woe is for the sorry and me.

Basketball was the activity of the day. I noticed Rodd was hanging out with an odd group of guys than usual. Not odd as in a bad way, but odd as in , "well that's new." Chris Kay and Tyrone Mills were defenders as Rodd tried to go in for a shot. He missed the hoop entirely but beside the point.

Over on the girls' side, our little group stowed away with our own hoop and balls.
"These are my balls." Elli sang as she swiped the basketball from Addy's loose grip. Running after her and her stolen ball, she playfully scolded Elli of the dangers and rule violations. Meanwhile, I was thinking of my pants. I'm not paranoid, but I swear the other there guys are looking at my butt. I moved my entire body and made Beth stand behind me.

With 12 more minutes left until the end of period, we were playing HORSE. Competitive games are what Addy strives at. It was like a beast unleaded and she was athletic. Of course then IT happened. Her red ballon appeared. Then mine of course.

Between an intense final round between Ella and Addy, both were on the letter S. Who ever missed first would be the loser. Shots flied off the back board by Addy as Ella's shots were basically a method of deflecting Addy's. They looked like maniacs frantically rushing back and forth in shooting and retrieving the ball. All was lost for Ella when the basketball slipped from her grasp in attempt of blocking and it randomly was tossed and hid under the bleacher. Finally, Addy was declared the winner by default as Ella couldn't retrieve her ball and our gym teacher announced, "Okay, balls in. Head to the lockers."

Addy shook her hips in a victory dance as Ella walked past, sarcastically with her head down.
"I lost my ball." Ella whispered.
Still in a victorious mood, Addy just smirked and was hit by some random basketball. Rodd soon appeared, running after it, an obvious  guilty look on his face. His expression worsened as Addy's pale tone turned green.

Before Ella could say "balls" again, Addy was puking breakfast on the court. I hurriedly held her hair back as she slowly was crouching to the ground and continually blew chunks. Yeah... I should have asked her earlier.
