Chapter 8

*CODYS POV*

Dan and I went to this hole in the wall bar across the street from the hotel. It wasn't that bad, I mean there was no bikers or anyone that was gonna rob us. But it was nice, had vintage licenses plates around the bar, lights, boom box to put music in, cheap appetizers. It was sick!

"2 BudLights please." Dan said

The bartender nodded and went to go grab 2 BudLights.

"This will cheer you up Cody." As he hands me the beer

"Thank you dude."

I actually took my time to drink my beer, I always chug it, but so far, now I'm feeling better.

Dan and I was talking about our setlist and the fans about warped tour. Lately on Twitter, fans has been asking us when is the new record coming out, we don't wanna tell them because we love surprising our fans. The boys and I all agree we will play a new song off of our record. Can't wait to play it!

Out of no where, there she comes in, Anna and Gabby, I punched Dan on the arm and I pointed out that they were here. My heart was racing and I had butterflies in my stomach, I never been this nervous before. Carly isn't going to be happy, but like I said, she's pushy. So she'll never know.

"Go up to her Cody!" As Dan pushes me off the stool.

I was nervous I didn't know how to react.

*ANNAS POV*

"Anna? Wanna go have a drink?"

"Yes please!"

I needed a drink so so so bad, I don't remember the last time I drank before, but I needed one bad!

We walked to a really chill bar across from the hotel, it had a really awesome setup, so many vintage things, it was so sick. Gabby and I went to go find a table in the bar, since the tables were full we decided to sit at the bar.

Gabby was looking at the menu on what drinks they were serving.

"Do you want a beer? Or a margarita?"

"I'll take a beer, Corona please."

We waited for the bartender so we can order our drinks. After he helped those two guys, he came to us and asked what we wanted. Gabby asked what she wants and I ask what I wanted.

As we waited for our drink, I was looking around the bar until I see him. CODY?!

I punched Gabby on the arm and I pointed him out. My heart was beating so so fast, my palms were sweaty. I don't know why I was nervous to talk to him. But Gabby kinda knew why. But I don't

"Go talk to him Ann, this is your chance."

I nodded and walked his way, then he walked my way. I feel nervous as fuck, I don't know how to start a conversation. Should I say hello or how are you?
