I felt awful for making the principal yell at me. I couldn't believe it, the principal who is known for not raising her voice, raised her voice... at me.

I'm a school captain, president of the debate team, in the school choir, leader of the acapella group and a straight 'A' student but I made the PRINCIPAL raise her voice at ME.

I sat back down on my chair with a soft thump and looked down at my shoes while Sophie sat down next to me and placed her hand on my shoulder. I could hear the principle sigh apologetically.

"Victoria I apologise for my inappropriate behaviour and unprofessional reaction to your questions but you must understand..." the principal explained. "We don't know very much about this particular matter,"

I nodded slightly and looked up to face the principal who looked even more stressed. She smiled a weak smile and then looked to the other girls who had expressions on their faces that said 'what just happened?!'

"Now those men you saw earlier will be escorting you all to your homes and then taking you to Crystalia," The VP *Vice Principal* explained to us grabbing the folders off the desk. All the other girls gasped in shock.

"So quick?!" "But Mrs S what about our friends?!" "What about my boyfriend?!" "Why?!" "Can't we get a going away party?!" I subtly rolled my eyes and got up out of my chair, walking to the door where outside the suited men were waiting for us.

"Sup?" I asked the closest one, shaggy blonde hair, and brown eyes, 6 ft. tall, muscular and attractive for his age I guess, he reminded me of a surfer dude. "The sky," he smiled back, his smile was warm and friendly.

'He's friendly,' I thought to myself as the rest of the girls joined us outside, one of the girls on the brink of tears.

"What's your name young lady?" The friendly surfer dude asked, wearing his crooked grin like lipstick.

"I'm Victoria Kalarina, sir." I replied politely, slightly curtseying. The surfer dude's eyes widened and his jaw dropped.

"You-you're a K-K...Kalarina?" His surprise evident in his voice. I nodded slowly confusion clouding my mind. Surfer dude composed himself and bowed. "It's a pleasure to meet you Madame,"

"What?" I asked while watching the other two suited men bow down quickly also hearing that my last name was Kalarina.

"What's going on here?" Sophie asked me as she stood next to me with her arms crossed and an eyebrow raised, leaning next to my ear she whispered, "Tori did you use that compulsion thing again?"

"No I just introduced myself and suddenly they're all on their knees!" I explained using random arm gestures to show my point. The principle and one very tall and really muscular man in a suit holding a ton of folders under his arm.

"Let's get going girls," the human hulk spoke with a gruff monotone voice. "Your families will be notified of your absences and you will see them tomorrow but today is transition day and we must get going to be on time,"

All the suited men rose up and shuffled Sophie, Abbey, Operetta, Rosa and I to the exit of the office. We were surrounded by confused students who kept shouting out questions to the principal who had to keep her head up but her ears closed.

The girls and I were becoming overwhelmed by the attention, well except for one of the girls, I still don't know their names properly, who acted like the students were paparazzi, she sashayed her long blonde hair and pouted her blood red lips and posed for the imaginary cameras.

"Move along," surfer dude scolded the girl, Abbey I think. "We need to move,"

We were led to a long black, someone pinch me, limo.  Abbey, Operetta and Rosa squealed loudly while Sophie and I glanced at each other in surprise. Hopping into the limo the girls and I studied our surroundings.

Sitting comfortably next to Sophie, I watched the girls crawl around the limo looking for compartments that would open up. Surfer dude sat across from me and he smirked when I rolled my eyes at the girl's excited squeals, once we heard the limos engine start and the car began to move.

"So surfer dude what's your deal?" I asked him curiously while relaxing in my seat. "What's up with my last name?"

His eyebrows squinted as a question in reply, "You really don't know who you are... do you?"

I shook my head and said, "I'm just plain old Tori Kalarina,"

"No no no no no..." Surfer dude stuttered. "You know what? I will fill you in on it later,"

"Okay..." I muttered before sitting next to Sophie with a pair of squinted eyebrows. "Anyway... you gonna tell us where we're headed or is that some more 'classified information'?"

Surfer dude smirked, "Well little miss sassy, are you ready for the amazingness of this information?"

Sophie nodded eagerly and i leaned back on my seat, arms crossed.                                                            'Is this guy acting or is he seriously crazy?'

"Crystalia Academy, hmm?" Surfer dude rubbed his chiselled chin, as if there were a wispy beard there. "Where to begin..."
