Chapter 11

Your POV

After I take a look around the room I head out into the main room where I see him at a table reading a book. I sit across from him "Oh your back! Ok this first spell is going to be simple" he says skimming through the page quickly. "I studied this spell for over a month now and I think I got it" he says.

I sit of straight ready for impact. I open my eye to see his horn glowing and his eyes snapped shut. My body is slowly levitated from the floor. My hair floats up so anyone could see my full face. I shut my eyes as I felt a stinging sensation on my wings and my front teeth.

I feel my hooves touch the floor again and I open my eyes. I look around and notice me hearing and eyesight had improved majorly. I stretch out my wings and groan. "Oh my celestia" I hear sunburst say. My eyes widen in shock and confusion. "What? What happened?!" I ask. He levitates a mirror I front of my face and my once large pupils have turned into small slits.

I look at my wings and see that they are bat wings. I lastly see a pair of sharp fangs in the top row of my teeth. "Oh goodness!" I say. "I'm.. A bat pony?" I ask twirling around looking at my slightly darker fur. "YES!! IT WORKED!!" He yells celebrating. I giggle a bit.

"Alright so, this is weird" I say looking at my wings. "How long will this last?" I ask him. "Hmm well my books say about a couple days but that might not be accurate" he says scratching his chin. "Alright well I'm hungry" I say walking out the door. "So I'm going out to- EAT!" I say shocked as I felt myself pulled back inside. "You can't go out there? You'll burn alive and everyone will freak out!" He says.

"Oh!... Right." I say. "But I'm Huuuuungry!!" I say flying up. "Ugh. What would you like? I'll go get it for you." He says. "Hmm, how about cookie from a bakery?" I ask him. "That's all you want? You made it sound like you could eat 5 burgers" he says walking outside and shutting the door.

I took a nap after he got my cookie. I wake up with a heavy feeling next to me. I turn around and see Sunburst sleeping with his glasses still on. What a dork. I say to myself. I get up quietly and take off his glasses and set them on the nightstand next to him. I look outside to see it is night.

Well I am a bat pony now so why not wander around. I go outside quickly and silent because of my bat wings. They are much quieter than any normal wings. I soar above the crystal homes. I finally land on a crystal house roof. I hope I didn't wake up anypony.

I look around with my improved eye sight and I can see in the dark now. This isn't so bad! Being a bat pony is awesome! I hear somepony walking down the street so I quickly hide in the dark. I see a male unicorn with dark brown hair and a blue unicorn. The rest of his fur is dark tan. I tilt my head when I see his unicorn horn is a different color from his fur.

I feel a strong feeling radiating off of him. That feeling is... Chaos?
