Valentines day special!

(P.S. this has nothing to do with the main story, it's kinda like a oneshot)

Your pov

I wake up around 12pm (I fell asleep late aight?) and remember what day it is. I groan remembering I'm single. I get up and stretch. As I brush my teeth I decide to afterwards walk around. I brush my mane and tail then I grab my book. Thinking I might read somewhere while I'm on my walk. I walk out the door and lock it with my key. I set off and trot around ponyville.

I look around and see everyone with their lovers. Ponies getting gifts, going on dates, hanging out with loved ones. I sigh feeling slightly lonely. I continue walking down the streets of ponyville and find Sugarcube corner. I smile slightly and trot inside. As I walk through the doors I see Discord at the front desk. I groan and roll my eyes. "Oh god" I mutter. "Aww how rude, are you unhappy to see me?" He says smirking. "Isn't it obvious?" I say looking at the treats.

"(Y/N)?" He asks. I hum, raising an eyebrow, not looking at him. "Why don't you like me?" He asks. Shock rushes through my veins. Why does he care? This is odd. "I don't know maybe because you have caused trouble so many times" I say picking the (t/n, treat name). I ring the bell on the counter. Mrs. Cupcake walks out from the kitchen and smile. "How may I help you sweetie?" She asks kindly. "May I get 2 (t/n) please?" I ask kindly.

She nods and grabs a bag. She puts the treats in the bag and hands them to me. "Are these for your special someone?" She says smiling. I giggle "umm. Sure" I say hoping she doesn't find out I was gonna binge on these by myself. I give her three bits for the treat and trot out of the bakery thanking her. I walk back to my house to eat the treats. I had to hold the bag with my mouth since my book was in my bag. "You know I could hold that for you?" I hear a voice.

I turn around and see Discord. I narrow my eyes at him slightly. "Are you sure?" I ask him. He nods. I sigh and put the bag down. Making sure it has no spit on it I slide it towards him slightly. "Don't drop em" I say as he smiles. He is happy because I finally accepted an offer from him. I unlock my front door and open it for me and him.

I set my keys on the counter of my kitchen and sit at my table. "Discord" I say grabbing his attention. "Treats please" I say hold out my hoof. He drops them in my hoof and I set it on the table. I grab one of them and start to eat it. As I finish it I notice Discord staring at me with puppy eyes. "Would- would you like the other one?" I ask raising an eyebrow. He smiles brightly and nods.

He grabs it and eats it. I smile slightly. He looks over at me smiling. "Is that a smile?" He asks curiously. I blush and look away. "No. You wish" I say getting up and walking into my living room. I lay on the couch and slowly fall asleep.

I wake up to someone nudging me. "Psst" I groan and turn over. I felt a poke on my back. "Hey, (Y/N)" I sigh and turn back over and open my eyes slightly. "Yes?" I ask. My sight clears up only to see yellow and red eyes staring into mine. I shriek and fly up. "Haha sorry" Discord laughs. I catch my breath and glare. "What was so important that you had to wake me up?" I ask. I look out the window and realize it dark outside.

"Come with me" he says reaching his hand out to me. I hesitantly put my hoof in his hand. He snaps his fingers and we teleport on the top of a cliff. "Discord?! I-" I start to yell but realize our surroundings. I look out at ponyville below us as a sunset was occurring. My eyes widen and I sit down on the edge of the cliff. "D-Do you like it?" Discord asks sitting next to me. "Discord. I love it" I say in shock. "Luna and Celestia must be making it like this so others can view it too" he says lying down.

Discords pov

"Wow. This view is just... beautiful!" She says looking out at the town. I smile kindly and look at her. "Yeah, the view is beautiful" i say referring to her. "So you still don't have a valentine do you?" I ask. She looks away. "Sorry touchy subject." I say scratching my neck. "Would..." I say drifting off. She looks at me. Her bright (e/c) eyes stare right through mine. "Would you like to me my valentine?" I say blushing slightly.

She blushes and smiles. "I wouldn't mind that" she mutters. My eyes widen. "Really?" I ask excited. She giggles and nods. I grab her and hug her. "God I love you" I mutter burying my face in her mane. She hugs back. "I love you too"
