Chapter 3

Lisa's pov.

Today we are going to do a cover of the song talking to the moon by Bruno Mars. 3 days ago we found out that Caroline had died when she was hit by a car. She was just walking across the street when a car came out of nowhere and hit her. We didn't want to do a cover so soon but Dani and Lauren really wanted too. They are trying to act tough like it's not bothering them but I hear Lauren crying herself to sleep every night and Dani talking to herself... Well really talking to Caroline but Caroline's not here anymore. Amy and me are the only ones who cry in front of other people. Katherine has spent most of her time in her room and Christina has been with Nick. But today we are doing a cover and dedicating it to Caroline. Her funerals tomorrow

AFTER THE COVER

Dani's pov.

It felt good to do a cover dedicated to Caroline. I still don't believe she's gone. Lauren's the only one I want to talk too. I go over to the family room and find Lauren crying on the couch. I sit next to her and start to hug her. Soon she's asleep and I start to feel sleepy. It's hard to lose your best friend. I miss her so much! I hear Lauren cry herself to sleep every night. It's hard to hear your older sister....your sugar....cry herself to sleep. Soon I fell into a deep sleep.

Amy's pov.

I was trying to find Dani and Lauren. I haven't seen them in over an hour. I walk into the kitchen.. I didn't find them. I went into the living room still no sign of them. And then I walked into the family room. I found them snugged together on the couch.

"Awwwwww!!!" I said quietly

"What?" Lisa and Christina said at the same time while walking into the room.

"Look at them!!" I whispered

"Awwwwww!!!" Katherine said coming into the room

"Time to take a picture!!" Lisa said getting out her phone.

Lisa started taking pictures and Joey, Nick and Christian walked into the room screaming at the top of there lungs.

"Shhhh!!!" Christina said

But it was to late Lauren and Dani woke up and looked at each other and then looked at us.

"What are you guys doing?" Lauren asked getting up from the couch

"We were taking pictures of you two!!" I said

"That's not weird" Dani said

Everyone started to laugh and that was the first time we have laughed since Caroline died.
