What Really Happened? (A Lauren and Dani Cimorelli Story)

Chapter 2

Dani's pov.

Me and Lauren were jumping on the trampoline when I heard Amy crying and Lisa trying to calm her down.

"Dani, Lauren can you please come here?" Christina said trying not to cry

"Sure Chrissy" Lauren said looking at me with confusion in her eyes.

I was really confused... Why is Amy and Chrissy crying? I walked in the house and saw Katherine standing in the kitchen not moving with a shocked look on her face.

"Kath!! What's wrong!!" I asked nervously

She just shook her head and didn't saw anything. I looked at Lauren and her brown eyes looked at me... She had a very nervous looked in her eyes. I took her hand and we walked to the living room where Christina, Lisa, and Amy where. Lisa and Amy were crying and Christina looked like she was thinking really hard. Lauren squeezed my hand and I looked at her.

"Why are you guys crying?" She asked her voice shaky.

"We have some bad news guys" Christina said her voice cracking

"What?!??" I yelled at Christina.

"Caroline was hit by a car... She didn't make it guys" she looked at us her green eyes filled with tears.

Lauren's pov.

I heard Christina say that Caroline died and I heard a thump next to me. I looked over and released Dani had fainted. I ran over to her and she started to wake up.

"What happened, and why is Amy, Christina, Lisa and you crying?" She asked her eyes widening

"You fainted Dani." I said.

"Why did I faint I never faint! And why are you guys still crying?!?" She asked

I looked at her and said "Caroline died because a car hit her."

She looked at me shocked and ran to our room. I looked at my sisters with tears streaming down my face.

"I'm going to calm her down" I said

I ran upstairs before they could say anything and opened the door to Lisa, dani and my room. I found Dani in the corner tears streaming down her face. She was looking at a picture of her and Caroline. Caroline's dark brown hair in a pony tail and her bright blue eyes looking at Dani.. She was laughing because Dani was making a Lisa face. I walked over to her a and sat down so I was sitting right next to her. I put my arms around her and she set the picture down and leaned into my hug. Soon we were both asleep.
