I felt the car rumble underneath my feet, as my favorite song came on the radio. I cranked the volume up and began to sing along DON’T STOP BELIEVIN’ HOLD ON TO THAT FEELIN; and then the music stopped playing. I looked down to investigate why the music stopped playing, and my loud obnoxious singing rang throughout the car.  I looked down to see why the music had ceased; I looked at the radio and saw a very large hand on the volume knob.

“Hey, you know I was listening to that, right?” I said with an angry tone to it, as I looked over to see Ashton grinning trying to hold in his laughter.

“Yeah I know you were, you were even singing along to it” he said with an evil expression imbedded on his face.

“Then if you heard me singing why you would turn down the volume? Wouldn’t you want to turn it down to drown out my terrible singing skills??”  I asked as we stopped at a stoplight, about a block from the club.

“Well…”

*the car went silent*

“WE ARE HERE” he shouted completely ignoring me and dodging my question. I smiled and then nodded back. We both exited the car as we walked up to the club; I heard the music blaring though the concrete walls. Ashton grabbed my arm leading me towards the line that was started at the club’s entrance; we walked in front of everybody in line until we got to the front of the line. Our walk up the front was interesting… Ashton was being greeted left and right by every single person standing in the line. Once we had come to a stop we were in the front of the line with three other guys, two of them looked quite familiar but one I had never seen before; they were chatting and having a good time.

“Hey guys!” Ashton said to this group of boys that I had recognized but couldn’t quite make out who it was because of the dim street lighting. “This is Sophie…” as he said my name he had the biggest smile painted on his face; I tried to hide my laughter, but I apparently need to work on hiding my laughter, because a giggle slipped though my lips.

“Sophie… these are my best mates” He began to point all of them out in order “That’s Calum”

“Hi again, Sophie long time no see” Calum smiles and then giggles. I thought I recognized him, that laugh was a dead giveaway. No one could ever forget that kids laugh. I smiled back and nodded in agreement; as he opened his arms and hugged me in a tight bear hug.

“And this is Michael” he said. Michael looked a little differently from when the last time I had seen him, I think he dyed his hair but I wasn’t quite sure. Michael smiled and waved at me, I smiled and waved back. I had forgotten that Michael really wasn’t all that talkative, that was one of the characteristics that I had remembered from the first time he and I had met.

There was one more boy, but I don’t recall ever meeting him, he was at total stranger to me, but obviously not to Ashton, Michael and Calum. The line began to move before Ashton had the chance to introduce me to this other boy. Our I.D.s were checked by the security guard and we all walked into the club; at first it was tough seeing though the dark concrete building; my eyes began to adjust to the darkness.

There are multicolored lights flashing into my eyes, and every once in a while they would hit the dance floor. I looked around, noticing all of the people that greeted Ashton as he and I walked to the front of the line, it had become quite crowed. The crowd had grown even more, it was only a matter of minutes until I lose Ashton; as I this thought came into my mind, Ashton and I became separated, causing us to lose each other. As I make my way to the bar, dancing sweaty bodies were constantly pressing against my own, and rubbing against me. At first it had bothered me, but I slowly began to stop caring, because I knew it was the fastest way to get across the room to the bar. I could feel Ashton, Calum, Michael and unknown guy’s eyes were darted on me as I passed though the wave of people. I couldn’t help but feel almost out of place, but I told Ashton that I would come and have fun at his party.

After I down a couple of shots of Jack Daniels and a few margaritas on the rocks, I grabbed a couple glow sticks that were placed on the bar and headed for the dance floor. In a matter of minutes, I was sweating profusely, especially around my neck; a wave of heat was hitting my body. I lifted my light brown hair off of my sweaty shoulder and tossed it towards my back, as I began to quietly laugh, because of the strands hitting the small part of my back slightly tickling me. I loved feeling like this I couldn’t help but feel like I was releasing the days stress; as my body was moving to the rhythm of the music.

Once the song had stopped playing I slowly made my way back to the bar for one or two more drinks, but before I had the chance to get off the dance floor I was stopped by someone’s hand wrapping around my arm pulling me back into the sweaty mosh pit. I tried to squirm out of their tight grip, but it was useless, they were stronger than I was. I decided try squirming again, to get out of this iron grip, but once again it was useless, their hands have now jumped from my arm to my waist; their face was directly next to mine, I felt their breath on my neck.

“ST—“before I had the chance to finish that sentence, this guy was putting his lips to mine; silencing me instantly. He quickly moved from kissing my lips to kissing my neck; that kissing eventually turned into sucking. He started to suck the right side of my neck, slowly progressing his way to the left side.  Once he removed his lips from my skin, I placed my hands on his chest to push him away so I could go to the bar and get a bloody Mary; his reflexes were too quick; he managed to get a hold of my hand yet again. But I quickly got out of his grip and made my way towards the bar. I turned around and was quite proud of the fact that I had lost that creep; but once I had arrived at the bar the stranger sat down next to me and softly shouted “Come dance with me?” into my ear so only I could hear; he then took his hands off of my waist and spun me in a circle, pulling me into his chest and squeezing me against his body. I tried to make out a face, but I could quite tell, with all of the multicolored strobe lights flashing everywhere. I cranked my neck to the side to see if I could get a better read on who the mystery man was; something seemed similar, I couldn’t help but feel like I knew him, and he seemed all too familiar.  I just couldn’t put my finger on who he was… This mystery man had loosened his grip enough for me just to be able to slide out of his clutches before anything else was sure to happen. Once I got away from that creep; I managed to run into Ashton, who was beyond drunk.

I hated seeing Ashton drunk, he gets really horny; don’t get me wrong it funny as hell, but instead of going out and actually finding a girl he starts to hit on me, like I’m his fuck buddy or something; I try to set him straight, but he never listens. But to be honest I would rather be with a drunken Ashton then with mystery man. Ashton was quickly followed by Calum; Calum had struck up a conversation with me, and then mystery man came back, I tried to hide behind Calum, but that plan didn’t really work out… Calum kept shouting and giving away my hiding spot. Then Ashton had come over towards me just so he could put his arm over the both of my shoulders.

“Sophie, this guy right here…this dude… is Luke.” He slurred.

“hey babe” his voice is so deep, the mystery of the my mystery man has been solved, it was Luke.

“Now that you two know each other, you each have someone to party with.” Calum said, and then ran off to go be with the birthday boy in his drunken state. Luke and I had stood there in silence for a couple of minutes; as I scanned him with my eyes. Somehow seeing that boy actually face to face changed my opinion on him; the first thing I looked at was his body, he was so tall, buff, and toned to perfection; his bright blonde hair was in a quiff. His bright blue eyes were surrounded by beautifully long black eyelashes and a gorgeously cut jaw line. Luke was one of the most attractive boys I had ever seen. I took so much time into staring at all of his beautiful features I hadn’t noticed that those lips to that gorgeous face were sucking on my neck. I began to feel a tingling sensation come across my neck as Luke lifted his lips from my neck.

“You look really hot” he whispered.

After he told me that I knew that it was the perfect time for me to just walk away. I’m really dreading being around him… I do not want to be anywhere near him.  I needed to drown him out, and fast; my only solution was to head over to the bar. I pull up a seat at the bar and sit down as I ordered two shots of straight up vodka; I could feel the alcohol pump though my body; I turn to get the bartenders attention when I see a blonde haired boy sit next to me, it was Luke… Damn that kid just can’t leave me the hell alone.

“Let me buy you a drink.” He says with a smirk painted across his beautiful face. I shook my head and rebelled against his kindness. I ordered four more shots; drank them in one glup, and then got up from my seat to go find Ashton.
