Chapter 6

{ Chapter 6 }

**Next Day**

When I woke up, I remembered that my parents would come to visit this week or next week. I'm pretty sure they meant this week though. While I was sitting up on my bed I heard someone knocking on the door. "Serenity," Luke said "There's a boy standing in front of your door" Luke added. "A boy?" I said as I got up & opened the door. I was in shock. It was my ex-boyfriend, Adam. Last year he moved to Florida so we broke up. "Adam!!" I said happily giving him a hug.

Me talking loudly woke Calum, Michael, & Ashton. "What's going on with the ruckus?" Ashton asked "& who's that guy?" Ashton asked again "Sorry.." I replied "And, this is my ex-boyfriend Adam" I added & smiled. "Anyways, what are you doing here?" I asked "I just wanted to see you" Adam replied & smiled as I did the same. When Adam showed up I started hanging out with him as the boys followed & watched over me. We went to the movies. Then went to the Arcade.

Me & Adam were playing a shooting game but, my gun wasn't working. So he just let me use his gun instead while helping me shoot. It was pretty fun. After playing in the Arcade Adam took me out to lunch.

(Ashton's POV)

"Are you jealous?" Calum whispered "No" I replied as I continued observing. Serenity seemed really happy. I don't know whether I should be happy for her or, feel upset because she might get back together with Adam.

Ashton: Jeez. You're a horrible Author! Why'd you have to bring her ex-boyfriend back?!

Author: Hehe.. You don't even know what's coming.. and get out! This is my territory!

Ashton: Fine, bye

"When do you plan to confess to her?" Calum whispered "I only like her as a friend" I replied "So you won't mind if she starts dating Adam again?" Calum asked "I can't answer that" I replied "Ah, So you would mind" Calum replied "Shut up" I replied. "It's okay to have feelings for her" Calum said "But, if you do have feelings for her, it's better to let her know. Because you never know what might happen next. Maybe, we'll lose her" Calum added.

(Back to her POV)

"Did you have fun today?" Adam asked as I smiled & nodded "So, same tomorrow?" Adam asked "I can't, sorry.. my parents might be visiting" I replied "Then, I'll be there" he replied. After we were done hanging out and talking he walked me back to my apartment. "Bye" Adam said as he kissed my cheek & left. When he left I opened the door as I went in to talk to the boys.

"Guys, I have to tell you something" I said as they all paid attention to me "My parents might be visiting tomorrow, so, I need all of you in your best behavior" I added. "You act like we're immature little kids" Calum said "Well, you all sort of act like immature little kids" I replied "Nu uh!" they all replied as I laughed. "You guys do act like little kids" I said & laughed with a smile on my face.

After we were done talking we all went straight to sleep. After Adam visited, I went to sleep happier then usual. It was kind of weird.. But, I was glad to see Adam again. It's been way to long.
