Chapter 31

{ Chapter 31 }

The next day I went into Serenity's room & woke her up. "Hm? What time is it?" she asked "Um, 6:25" I replied "It's so early.." she replied "I wanted to talk to you before school starts" I replied "About what?" she asked "Don't know, anything I guess" I replied as she sat up on her bed "Okay" she replied & smiled sweetly. We talked about random things, subjects. Before the others got up I helped Serenity cook breakfast. I handed her the things she needed. After that, I stood behind her & hugged her from behind & gave her a kiss on the cheek as she smiled.

"Once again, you two aren't married" Luke said as we both looked back at him & the others "Luke, just leave them alone. They can act married if they want to" Calum said "Thank you" Serenity said "No problem" he replied "Guys, sit down breakfast is almost ready" she replied. I helped her serve the food. "Hmm. Your cooking's getting better" Luke said "Haha.." she replied & walked towards him & hit his head "That didn't hurt" he replied "Oh. You wanted it to hurt?" she asked "Ha.. Never mind" he replied & laughed awkwardly.

Me & Serenity sat down together & started to eat. "Guys, brace yourself. Because today at PE we're gonna be running" she said "Who said?" I asked "The PE teacher, she told me" she replied "How come she didn't tell the others?" I asked "It was kinda suppose to be a surprise, don't tell anyone" she whispered "Okay" they all agreed "No promises" Luke replied "Luke!" she yelled across the table "Okay, okay calm down" he replied. At PE we ran in partners but, she didn't want to partner up with anyone. She finished all of her laps in 15 minutes.

(Serenity's POV)

After I finished all of my laps I sat down at the staircase & rested. The boys weren't even trying. When they passed by me I made them run. I was running with them. When they finished their laps they were all completely breathless. "H-How could you finish all those laps in 15 minutes?" Calum asked panting heavily "Eh. You get used to it" I replied "I hope we'll get used to it soon" Luke replied panting "You guys will" I replied & smiled sweetly. At lunchtime we all hung out. By 'all' I mean, me, Ashton, Michael, Luke, Zhar, & Racella.

Me, Ashton, Racella, & Luke were thinking about going on a double date. We're still figuring it all out though. We were debating whether to go to the park or the movies. If we go to the park, we don't have to spend money. If we go to the movies, we have to spend money. Pretty much everyone voted for the movie so I went along with it. "When should we go?" Ashton asked "How about this Saturday?" I suggested "But, who's gonna give us a ride?" Racella asked as I took out my phone & called my Mom. "Mom, can I ride the car you gave me?" I asked Ashton, Luke, & Racella looked shocked. "Do you have your license?" Mom asked "Yeah.." I replied lowly "Mhm. Fine. But, make sure you take good care of your car" she replied "I will, thanks!" I replied & hung up.

"You have a car?" Racella asked "Yeah, my Mom & Dad wouldn't let me drive it unless I get my license" I replied "But, you don't have license" Ashton replied "I'm gonna take my driver's test tomorrow" I replied "Ohh." they all said at the same time "Yeahh" I replied. After school I talked with the boys. Trust me, there was a lot of smiles & laughter. After talking to the boys I went to my room & Ashton followed. We both sat down on my bed & talked. Our eyes met. He gently pushed me flat onto the bed & leaned on me as he got closer..
