Theodosia ran out of her house and towards town. Her mother had sent her on a trip to town to buy flour and butter for tonight's dinner. She was excited to get out of the house, but she was also excited to possibly see the bot she saw last week in the market.

She had been walking with her father out of a store when she first saw him, standing out of a material store, waiting for someone. Theo stared at the boy for a few seconds before he turned and looked at her. The two looked away from each other, and Theo ran to catch up with her father.

Now, she walked with her basket and money to buy the goods Finding flour was easy, since she knew the baker. He had a bag waiting for her.

She merrily skipped to where her mother always buys butter, where the store owner would always tell Theo jokes when she visits. Walking into the store, she went up to the counter and asked for her jar of butter. The man, whose name was Andrew, nodded as Theo payed for it.

Once Andrew handed Theodosia her butter, and told her a few jokes, she said goodbye. She turned around and took a step, but then she ran into a woman wearing a beautiful blue dress.

"I'm so sorry!" Theo said. She looked up at the woman, who smiled. "It's okay. I was standing rather close anyway."

Theo smiled and walked to the door. "Uh, have a good day, ma'am." She waved Andrew goodbye, and then placed the butter in her baskey, near the small bag of flour. She looked up, and stopped.

There he was. The boy from last week, standing in the same spot, looking around. Theo started walking towards him, but stopped.

Should I talk to him? Would that seem weird? Maybe I shouldn't... But what if he wants to meet me? Maybe I should wait?

She gave up on her questions and walked towards him. Once she was within a few yards, the boy looked over at her and met her eyes. He smiled and nodded his head. "I've seen you before." He holds out his hand. "I'm Philip."

Theo placed her hand in his, wondering what he was going to do. "Theodosia, but I prefer Theo." She smiled as he shook her hand.

The two started talking a bit, asking about each other, when Theo realized she needed to go home. They both bid each other goodbye, but not before Philip had Theo promise that they'd meet again tomorrow, in the exact same. She smiled, agreeing, and started walking home.

After a few steps, Theo turned around to see Philip walking towards someone- the woman from the store. She smiled to herself, and ran home as fast as she could with her basket of goods, and thoughts of Philip swarming her head.
