I woke up the next day feeling better than ever. My headache was only mild, and my nose had cleared up completely. Finally, I could get out of the Hospital Wing, and kill Malfoy for trying to kill me. Harry finally came back to see me, and his mood seemed to have lightened up a bit.
"Glad you're feeling better." He said, as I stuffed my face with the crackers Madame Pomfrey gave me. "I feel amazing! Now I can look forward to tons and tons of homework!" I exclaimed, with a hint of sarcasm in the last part. He chuckled, and grabbed my wrist as I went to shove more crackers into my mouth, even though it was already full. "Easy, love, you're going to choke."
I shrugged. "I don't care. I never realized how hungry I was until that headache went away. You try living off toast and crackers for almost two weeks, and tell me how it feels!" Once I had cleaned out the bowl completely, Madame Pomfrey gave me a few foul tasting medicines, and told me to wait an hour before leaving.
Until then, I propped myself up on my pillows, and looked up at the ceiling. Harry took my face gently in his hand, and turned my head so I was looking at him. His face was no longer blurry, making it clear that he had a busted lip. "I'm sorry I got mad at you the other day. I was just stressed out, is all. I still love you with all my heart. You know that, right?" I pushed myself up, and kissed him. "I love you too, Harry. I think we were both having a bad night. Don't worry about it, okay? Every couple argues during a relationship, right?" He smiled at me, and kissed my nose. "That's right. Hopefully it won't be happening too often." I chuckled a little. "I hope so too."

It was finally time for me to be discharged from the Hospital Wing. I thanked Madame Pomfrey, earning myself a warm smile from her, before taking Harry's hand, and standing up. By the time we got out the door, I was already panting like I ran a Marathon. My muscles must've been weak from my lack of movement.
Luckily, I had Harry, who scooped me up, and carried me all the way to the Gryffindor common room. A few sixth and seventh years were in there, probably for their free period. I felt myself being placed on the couch, which I missed laying on. I missed everything about the common room, to be honest. The fire, the cozy furniture, the smell that didn't reek of disinfectant spray and cough syrup.
Harry sat down by my knees, and leaned down to kiss me. "I'm so happy for you, love. You're a trooper, aren't you?" I smiled at him, and closed the small space between us, pressing my lips against his. After a moment, we pulled back. "I'm a trooper for you." I told him, causing a wide, crooked grin to spread across his face. "That's my girl,"

The next morning, I was as tired as ever, having been up nearly all night working on my late homework. But, I knew that by sleeping in, I'd miss out on more classes, leaving more missing work for me to do. So, I lazily rolled out of bed, and started to get ready.
When I looked in the mirror, I noticed that my face was still lacking color, and my eyes were still a little red, but I knew I looked a lot better. I definitely felt better too. The curse had completely worn off, but didn't mean my anger towards Malfoy did.
Once I was finally ready, I proudly made my way down to the common room, where Harry, Ron, and Hermione were waiting for me. After Ron's breakup with Lavender, Hermione had finally learned to acknowledge his existence once again. "Good morning, beautiful. Did you sleep well?" Harry greeted me, standing up, and kissing me. "Yep, as soon as I finished all the missing work for Snake's class. How about you?" I replied, making him chuckle. "I slept well every second you were on my mind. How about we go to the Great Hall, and get you some real food?" I laughed, as he poked my stomach. Then, the two of us led Ron and Hermione to breakfast.
When we arrived in the Great Hall, I sat down, and piled as much onto my plate as possible. Then, I downed it in only 5 minutes. "I never thought I'd see her eat faster than you, Ron." Harry remarked, stabbing his eggs with his fork. Hermione laughed, while I kicked him under the table.
Once I finally finished off my food, and a goblet of Pumpkin Juice, I looked up, and my eyes landed on a certain blonde Slytherin. Draco Malfoy was staring at me, and he looked pretty surprised I was here. When he saw me looking, he smiled softly, and jumped up to leave.
"I'll be right back," I told the others, standing up. "Where are you going?" Harry asked me. "I forgot to use the bathroom this morning, and after all the Pumpkin Juice, I really have to go. See you in class!" I swiftly kissed his cheek, before hurrying out of the huge oak doors. Malfoy quickly rounded a corner, nervously fixing his tie. I ran after him, shoving everyone out of my way. When I tore around the corner, he rushed into the boys' bathroom, and I followed.
"YOU DISGUSTING LITTLE COCKROACH!" I roared, once the door slammed shut behind me. "R-Riley?" He stuttered. "Yeah, I should be dead by now, shouldn't I? HOW DARE YOU CURSE ME?! YOU FILTHY LITTLE COWARD! I'M GONNA KILL YOU!" I grabbed him by the neck of his robes, shoving him into a wall. Then, I grabbed my wand from my pocket, and pushed the tip of it into his temple. He whimpered, and began to cry as I did so.
"I risked everything for you! Even the love of my life! And in return, you try to kill me with a pair of cursed earrings, just so your Dark Lord won't have a little temper tantrum! I loved you. I treated you like no other, and you don't even hesitate to take my life to save your own. You used me!" Now I was crying, feeling absolutely defeated. My wand clattered to the floor, as I backed away from him. I bent down to pick it up, and shoved it into my pocket. Just as I turned to leave, I whipped around, and kicked him as hard as I could in the crotch.
He groaned in pain, and sank to his knees, allowing me to punch him in the face as hard as I could. After that, I wiped my tears, grinning triumphantly. Then, I left the bathroom, shutting the door behind me. Little did I know, Harry Potter was right there waiting, and he did not look happy.
