Olivia's POV~
After the game me and Steph met up.
"Good game tonight" I said.
"Thanks,it was nice meeting you" he said while smiling.
"Awh it was nice meeting you too,you were always one of my favorite players"
"Oh really?" he said smiling.
"Yeah"
"Aye you maybe wanna exchange numbers?unless you don't want to" he asked.
Oh my god.i literally screamed inside. one of my nba baes just asked for my number haha.
"Yeah sure!"
We gave each other each other's number.
"K thanks,hope to see you again"
He came up and kissed me on my cheek. I started blushing after that.
"Bye Steph" I said while smiling.
"Bye" he said smiling back.
He is so cute and sweet oh my god. Unlike Zach and his jealous ass.
I walked away and started walking to the exit. And of course Brianna was there.
"Oh look it's ms Curry" she said.
"Um what" I said sounding confused.
"Aren't you and Steph dating"
"No...."
"Oh thought you two were,y'all would look cute together"
"We're just friends" I said.
"Oh that's cool" she responded.
"What you gonna try and take him now"
"No I'm taken hello.."
"Oh yeah,by Zach.."
"Actually no,I'm with Klay now"
"What when did this happen"
"Today"
Dang she's quick.
"What you and Zach broke up? Why?" I asked.
"He cheated on me" she responded. (A/n- Brianna is lying btw)
"What a surprise.." I said.
"Right that's why I left him,anyways bye girl I gotta go"
"K bye"
I shouldn't even be talking to her but whatever. I walked to my car and drove home.

I got to my house and walked inside. Everyone was upstairs already in bed. I walked upstairs and went into my room. I got a text from steph.

S- hey💕

O- hey💞

S- miss you already😭💕

O-  awh same 😭💕

S- when u think we gonna see each other again

O- maybe the next time you guys play the twolves?

S- ugh that's gonna be awhile 😩

O- I know but don't worry we'll see each other again❤️

S- yea☺️I gotta go,talk to later. goodnight beautiful☺️❤️

O- goodnight ☺️❤️

Steph is so sweet awh. I need a guy like him. I got into my pajamas and went to bed.

Zach's POV~
*10:00 am*

I woke up and got outta bed. Practice was soon so I had to get ready. I got freshened up and got all my basketball stuff together and left.
...
I arrived at practice and starting shooting around a little. Andrew and Karl (towns) arrived and came to where I was.
"Aye what's up" Andrew says to me. Me and him do our handshake. Karl said hi and we did our handshake we have with each other. We started shooting together and got loose.
"See that,nothing but net" Andrew says to me while he shoots.
"Boi I can make those all day" I replied.
"Nah y'all trippin,we all know who the best shooter is,which is me" Karl says.
"You only shot like 10 3s so far this season" I said while chuckling.
"Whatever" Karl said.
Me and Andrew laughed and continued shooting. Coach thibs (btw coach thibs is the head coach) and the rest of team came in. Coach parry walked in too and Olivia was with him. this was probably my chance to try and apologize to her.
"Aye there's Olivia" Andrew said to me.
"Yea I know,she usually don't come to practice" I replied.
"She look pretty cute" Andrew said with a smirk.
"Wait what?you like her?" I asked.
"Yea..." He said while blushing.
"Oh she taken though"
"By who?"
"By Steph Curry"
"Oh damn really?" He said.
"Yea.." I said while frowning a bit.
"I swear Steph be gettin all the ladies"
"Yeah but I'm not gonna let it bother me too much" I said.
"You still like her don't you" he asked.
"I mean of course but she gotta new dude now" I replied.
"Yea but maybe it's time to move on" he said.
"I can't, I still love her man"
"Dang you still got hard feelings for her"
"Yea I do"
"Drew! Lavine! it's practice time not chattin time lets go!" Coach thibs yells at us.
Me and Andrew got startled and quickly started practicing.

Practice ended and I sat down on the bench and got a drink of water.
Olivia was still here and now was my chance. I got up and walked over to where she was.
"Olivia" I said as I'm walking towards her.
She ignored me and got up and was about to walk away. I quickly cut in front of her and said, "wait".
"What do you want" she said.
"Ok I know your mad at me-"
"Well yea isn't it obvious"
"Yes but I wanted to apologize for all the hurt I gave you. I was a jerk to you and you don't deserve that,and I just really miss you" I told her.
"Well I'm glad you apologized but I don't think it's a good idea for us to date" she said.
"What why not?"
"Because it's just gonna keep ruining our friendship"
"I changed liv, I'm not gonna hurt you anymore"
"Do you expect me to believe that? Zach I somehow still love you but this just isn't gonna work. I'm sorry but I can't do it anymore" she said while walking away.
"Olivia no-" I said while sighing.
I really messed up.
