Pushing away those who love you doesn't achieve anything. You may not purposely do it, or even do it unknowingly - but you have.
It hurts the other person of course; but what you will find is that the realisation of it will hurt you. More than anything.
So be grateful. For those around you, with you. Because you never know how long that will last.
