If I brandish a weapon, would you flinch, would you run away? Or would you trust me with open arms? The weapon you hold doesn't matter, but what you could do or what you couldn't does. What matters is the person holding the weapon. do you trust them with it? Do you know that they mean no harm? For example, a soldier with a gun will scare you more than a child with one would. Of course the child could accidentally press the trigger, but a soldier on the other hand, knows how to use a gun and has been trained with it. It's guaranteed that his or her aim wont miss.

Isn't this the same with love? We are not scared of love itself, but we are scared of that person who is brandishing love to us, and whether we should trust them with it or not. It messes with our mind and soul, and that's the beauty of the weapon. The weapon of love.
