Hi guyyssssSsSss!! So I just wanted to share a thing or two about me to let ya' in on a little history (about me). SooOoOo as you know, I RP as Harley Quinn -particularly the newest one you see. The New 52 Harls. I chose to do this other than portraying a multiverse kinda Harls, because this Harley is present. I'd love to portray her in her red & black cowl-days, but I'd only do so if I made an account specifically for that, I don't feel comfortable portraying her in different timelines or else I'd get confused with what's going on in that specific timeframe and I just like to keep track of everything. As for now, I portray her as having already made her transformation at Ace chemicals, she's with the Joker and they're both out & about freely. Since I haven't seen Suicide Squad yet, I'll like to keep it this way until I see the movie to know what's going at the end to sort of direct my portrayal of her -buUUUuut honestly, if her & J are not in speaking terms at the end, I'll stick to what I'm currently doing. I love him (the character) too much to just be like "Naw, we ain't talkin' now, shoo."
I'm personally a HUUGGEEEEEE J fan, like I'm an avid comic reader, (I'll post a picture of all the comics I own soon, it's ridiculous I can probably have my own store tbh), and I actually use to hate Harley Quinn up until a few years ago. I hated her because I was jello... Yeaaapp, kinda absurd to be jealous of a character, buuut that's how I felt. The Joker meant so much to me growing up and I believe it's because I felt sort of leveled with him in a way. Well, I gave in to reading the New 52 Harley Quinn comics and I just felt like I understood her the more I read on. So I retraced my steps and essentially fell in love with J in a whole new way. It's just so surreal to see him being portrayed and I'm so so so sooOoOOooo ecstatic to see Jared Leto take him on. As with Margot, I love her acting so much too, she's so talented and I have so much respect for her for taking on the role as well. I'm personally an aspiring actress and seeing such a talented cast of actors doing something new is so exciting. I remember in high school of my sophomore year, I auditioned for a play called The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and I was wanting the main role of the Maid (who was actually a part of Dr. Jekyll's conscious) aaaand I auditioned with a monologue I pulled from The Killing Joke. Haha I still have the video (my friend recorded it) and I actually got the role.
{Fun Fact: My first love in high school was actually the actor who got the main role of Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. He played both roles SO well, I swear I saw a bit of J in him. Oh, and he had to do a cackle and when he did BOIIIII I WAS LIKE IM ALL YOURS. Lol, so we ended up being in a relationship for 3 years and it all started with that audition.}
I ended up using The Killing Joke monologue for other auditions, and everyone seems to love it since it's so different -especially coming from a female portraying such a unique male. I JUST MADE A GIF OF THE VID YOU'RE WELCOME:

^^Baby admin, my gawd. My hair was magenta. Anywho, I added two to kinda show how I perceived the Joker. He's a very theatrical being and I wanted to show that as much as possible with every movement, I mean I remember being incredibly nervous for this audition, but I also remember knowing how I had to put that nervousness aside & let him out to play in a way. So, seeing the teasers of Jared Leto acting him out so theatrically like how I envision with movements such as:

-just makes me so appreciative of him as an actor. When I first found out Joker & Harley's relationship were to be depicted on screen, my heart fluttered and I was just like "FINALLYYYYYY". I'm so excited to see this movie and I know their performances will motivate me as an actress (they already do), so the critics can suck it.
