Chapter 12: The cullens cause trouble

We were back home to Volterra.  Every evening, I'd go hunting.  Aro wanted to make sure someone went with me and Maruc made sure it was Alec.  I loved the little time we had together.  We'd watch the sunset and talk for hours.  I loved him so much.  He was my knight in shining armor. I know that's cheesy, but it's true. "C'mon", I said as I quickly kissed him on the lips,"We should get back to the others."

As soon as we got to the castle, Aro looked at us with a worried and angered expression,"Edward and Bella had a child.  We don't allow immortal children."  "It appears that we visit the Cullens frequently.  Why can't they just stay out of trouble?", I said.

Although I hated them, I was sympathizing them. No mother or father should have to go through the pain of having to give up their baby.  But it didn't matter because we had no choice, they broke the rules.

We left immediately, and we were soon in Forks.  We were face to face withe the Cullens and the Denali Coven.  "Don't touch my child...", Bella said coldly.  Something about her looked very different.  She's a vampire. At least they kept up with this part of the deal. "Ahh, Bella dear, I'm sorry, but rules are rules.", Aro replied.  "NO!", Bella shrieked,"our baby ISN'T immortal! She will stop aging when she is seventeen years old! She is a half-breed...we have proof.  Nahuel is also a half-breed."  We turned and saw a seventeen year old boy.  We then looked at Aro for an answer.  Who knows what he's going to say.  "Well, Renesmme is no harm--", he began, but was soon cut off by Caius.  "Wait!", Caius barked,"Irena gave a false accusation.  She broke the law, and by that, she is to be executed."

Just then, I was yanked back by the other two members of the Denali Coven.  One of them spoke,"Kill her, we kill your new member, here!"  Alec looked shocked, he began to run towards me, but the same woman spoke,"Alec stop! One more step and we will rip her head off!"  He took a step back.  No.  I'm not weak. I cannot let this happen.  I used every ounce of strength I had and kicked the blonde woman in front of me fifty feet into the wall. The other one followed shortly after her. I ran and Alec embraced me.  "How dare you...?", Aro said,"You almost killed our member. We will kill Irena, you two are lucky we are not killing you as well."  I watched as Caius walked over to Irena and ripped her limbs off.  The flames lit up the whole room.

We were soon home and Alec and I were at the forest. "I love you Alec", I said.  "I love you too, Scarlett.", he replied withe a smile.  "Don't ever let go of me.", I said quickly.  "never.", he replied.  And he kissed me into the night.
