18.) What are you doing here?

My teachers made me stay after school, for who knows what reason. I shouldn't even be here, I got up with my backpack right when the principal came in, "Hello, Scarlett."  "hi...", I mumbled. If it was a meeting of some sort, I am NOT interested. "Well, it's your first day in school.", he began,"You're already doing so well in all of your classes. I came to congratuale you."  "thanks", I said back with a bored expression. I honestly didn't care what he had to stay. I was walking towards the door, when he held out his hand in front of me. He doesn't know I could break his whole arm in half a second. 

"And...", he began,"We were hoping you could tutor some of the kids. And join some of the sports teams."  I put on a fake smile, I should at least TRY to be polite,"No thanks, I have a lot on my schedule and I'm really not interested."  I just walked out after that. What a moronic school.

I walked outside and saw Renesmee and Jacob,"Heyy!", she said all bubbly. "Hello.", I said back. I honestly wasn't in the mood for any kind of confrontation by anyone. "Jake and I were just about to go to the movies. Do you wanna come?" How could she be so nice, when I tried to kill her. That girl's gotta learn to be more tough. "Thanks, but I really got a lot of work to do. And if Demetri finds me, I don't want him to find you guys, too. I'll see you monday though."  Renesmee frowned,"Aww, okay. bye."

My life has always been a mess. Ever since the day I was born. The abuse from my father, coming to Volterra, and then leaving. My head was spinning. I hated this, I didn't want to go through this. Leaving Alec may have been the biggest mistake of my life.

I ran to the forest and ran somewhere in the middle. I sunk down to my knees and tearlessly cried. Alec. He was in my mind. He was all I could think about. I loved him, but should I really go back. 

"Well, well, well. Look what we have here."

I lifted my head and saw Demetri, standing ten feet ahead of me. They found me.
