Ch. 23: Accepted into the family

Mike's POV

I woke up and I saw that Stella wasn't there, I moved the curtain and I walked to where I knew she would have been, with the guys in the front. I saw her leaned on Vic and his head on hers, something in the pit of my stomach wanted to slap him but I knew they were sick and needed some comfort while I was asleep. I walked over and shook her, she looked up at me and smiled, Vic moved and let out a little cough.

"Hey bro, how are ya feeling?" I asked him

"Like death" he mumbled and looked out the window, at the sight he perked up, nudge Stella with his elbow and she looked out the window.

"I-it's beautiful" she muttered and I kissed her head

"Do you want our home?" I asked.

She looked up at me with a glimmer of hope and nodded her head "I....do" she said

I turned to Tony and nodded "ill get Luna" he said and he went to the back.

Jaime was the second to disappear to the back, he was probably packing, we loved being back home, it meant we had a time to rest up before out manager shoved another tour down our throats. I loved touring but I hate leaving my mom and pops back here for months at a time.

"Mike?" I heard Stella in a soft voice

"Yes angel?" I said giving her a quick smile

"Um, we might need new clothes cause we only got a little on tour." she said to me breaking her eye contact with me

"Whatever you need, we will get it for you" he said to me and I smiled.

-a few hours passed-

 We had our things packed, Luna was laying down with her head on Tony's lap, Stella was cuddled up to me and Vic and Jaime were talking non stop about our crazy fans.

We finally reached home and I looked at Stella, she was unwilling to step off the bus, Luna was dancing around with Tony, I could tell all of her worries were gone.

Stella's POV

I looked down at the last step and knew this was something I couldn't undo. I looked around and the eyes on me

"Stella, Come on." mike said holding out his arms

"But Luna, I knew she has to go with Tony and I've always been by her side." I said flashing my eyes at tony 

Luna looked at me and smiled "Sis, I have Tony, I will be fine, besides we'll be over all the time. you spend time with Mike" she said to me and I nodded.

"Better? Now come on" Mike said and I jumped off the bus and hugged him.

"Let's go inside now" Vic said

Luna came over and hugged me hard "ill always be down the street a few doors" and she walked off with tony

"Bye tone!" Vic called after him, Jaime waved at us and ran to catch up with the others.

Mike looked at me and smiled. Vic walked to the house and opened the door.

"Welcome home Stella bear" Mike said and kissed me.

I smiled and looked around "It's beautiful!" I said and they laughed at me

Mike showed me around and finally we ended up in the living room where Vic was already passed out. Mike chuckled

"He deserves it" I said and Mike spun me around to look at him.

"Stella, I'm glad your here" He said and pulled me into a hug

"Me too." I whisper back and he smiles at me.

Luna's POV

We walked inside Tony's house, well Tony and Jaime's and I dropped my bag

I heard a laugh and Jaime patted me on the head "You'll be living here, so don't get too caught up in it." he said and walked by me.

Tony took my hand showed me around. Jaime followed us and laughed as my smile grew bigger.

Finally a knock came at the door and Tony reached into his pocket and looked at his phone.

"Ill be back" he said and ran down the stairs

my heart pounded, he was a little to excited 'could it be? another girl?' my brain jumped to conclusions and it had to stop.

"Don't worry your pretty little head! it's just Jaxin" Jaime said and hugged me, the hug was warming and welcoming but that Jaime anyways, warming and welcoming. he knew the line that he could not cross. when he let go I walked down the stairs and Tony pulled me to him

"This Luna, is my best friend Jaxin Hall" he said to me and he smiled

"H-hello" I said "Hi there" Jaxin said back to me

Jaxin turned to Tony  and asked "Where did you find this pretty little thing?" I felt myself blush and he giggled

"in an alley after our show, they were supposed to be there but their parents..." he felt me grip onto his arm and his voiced trailed.

"parents beat her and her sister and left them there" Jaime finished and looked at me

"Jaime!" I gave Tony a look telling him it was okay and he nodded

"Sister?" Jaxin asked

"With Vic and Mike, she's dating Mike" Tony said and Jaxin's eyes lit up

"Are you a thing?" He asked and Tony nodded

"We couldn't leave them there and over a time I fell for her, she crept up on me and I don't regret any of it." He said and kissed my head.

"Well lets go sit down and talk some" Jaxin suggested

We followed him and I finally felt like a part of the Pierce The Veil family.
