As soon as I was seated, I willed my blush to fade away and ducked my face behind my book on the table. The embarrassment of falling down in front of the class made me feel like skipping class right now, but I knew I couldn't. My mom would have castrate me for even skipping one lesson for a stupid reason.

After Mr Phillip, my Physics teacher calmed the whole class, the laughter and noise slowly quiet down. I was still reeled over by the situation just now, I didn't want to listen to the lesson anymore.

Thinking back, I wondered how could I not noticed the orange peel on the floor. The bright orange color contrasts noticeably against the white tiles of the floor. I must have been blind to not notice it.

Or someone had thrown them there at the last minute.

Ever since the 'kissing' incident, I instantly gained enemies. Many jealous, female enemies.

I still wondered how it got leaked out it was me. It was pretty dark in that party, aside from the glittering light that changed color every few minutes.

Apparently, Logan was on top of every girl's 'wanted' guy list that I was quickly deemed as their rival the second I kissed him. Weirdly enough, no girl ever succeeded in catching his eye throughout the whole time in high school, much less dating or kissing him. I was considered lucky to be able to get a kiss from him.

So they made it their task to make my life miserable. I think I can feel their glares on me right now. But I shook away the feeling and ignored them most of the time.

Then my eyes wandered around the class, taking advantage of the pleasure of sitting at the last row and observed everyone. Until my eyes stopped at one particular person and realized something.

Logan was in this class as well.

Logan saw me fell.

On my butt.

Damnit.

Could this day get any worse?

"Don't."

"Did you really fell down this morning?!"

I gave my best friend a small glare. I'm not surprised how she knew that incident. Words got around quick at school.

"Emily..."

"You never said I couldn't ask." She smirked at me. I scowled at her.

"Oh come on, did you have bruises somewhere? Oh god, did you break anything?" Emily rambled on, giving me a worried look and examined me from head to toe. Geez, she's always dramatic.

I sighed in exasperation, even though I know that this is her way of showing that she cares.

"Em, stop. I didn't cut myself. Maybe some bruises. But no, I don't break a hand or anything!" I waved my hands in the air and stomped my feet, proving I'm alright. "See?"

Emily sighed in relief. "Okay, good! Now let me-"

"Cara!!"

Both of the girls turned to the source of the voice.

"Is it true? You fell?" Amber asked me worriedly. "You did go to the nurse right?"

"Yes. Yes, and- no. Now stop asking me questions!" I growled.

"Wait. How did you fall? Tell me it's in a humiliating pose. " Amber snickered.

"Did you flash someone?"
