Taehyung's eyes lightly flickered open to be graced by a sleeping wolf that looked absolutely flawless in his strong arms. Taehyung's signature box smile was plastered on his face as he observed the younger. The older didn't want this perfect moment to end but he knew that they had to get up eventually. The sunlight escaped through one of the blinds and casted itself upon Jungkook's angelic face as his eyes began to flicker open. "T-Tae.." the younger smiled as he laced his arms around the older's neck gently. Taehyung blushed deeply apon realising their close position and lowered his head to hide his embarrassment. Jungkook sighed heavily and let go of Taehyung's neck which caused the older to shut his eyes in disappointment of himself while he slowly unwrapped his arms from Jungkook's waist. The only words the older could choke out were "I'm sorry...". Jungkook slipped out of their bed and began getting dressed with tears beginning to well up in his eyes. The older could see how hurt the wolf was but he just couldn't do anything, no matter how hard he forced himself. Taehyung was frozen and with one last article of clothing to put on, Jungkook left the room filled with disappointment.

Taehyung hated himself, he so desperately wanted to wrap Jungkook in his tight embrace and tell him that he was sorry and that everything was okay. Instead of doing that he laid in their bed, regretting letting go of the wolf when they were in such an intimate position. He huffed as he got up and dragged himself to the shower, meanwhile Jungkook was sat aimlessly flicking through TV channels with his tears still threatening to spill. He stopped when he reached a channel called Gay Rabbit. 'Kinda like me.' He thought to himself, even though he was a wolf he still possessed pearly white and bunny-like teeth. He remembered the day that the older pointed them out and they sat pulling faces at each other for about half an hour after it. The wolf missed those days, Taehyung and him could be so close and intimate and he wouldn't move away from the younger. Instead he would usually move closer to the younger and Jungkook would move even closer to Taehyung without it even being awkward. Jungkook sighed as he switched the TV off and headed back into the bedroom, he noticed that Taehyung was in the shower so he laid on the bed and waited for him to come out.

Taehyung wrapped the towel around his waist while he mentally cursed himself for forgetting his clothes 'Well at least Jungkook's in the living room.' He said to himself while he unlocked the ensuites door. He froze when he saw the hybrid laying on their bed, staring up at the ceiling. The wolf's gaze shifted to Taehyung and his eyes widened when he saw Taehyung stood in the doorway in nothing but a towel, dripping wet. The younger's pants started to become increasingly uncomfortable and tight as his gaze continued to linger on the older. Taehyung's throat went dry as he saw the wolf's incredibly noticeable bulge grow under his gaze. Both of their cheeks were turning bright crimson with sheer embarrassment.

Taehyung shifted towards Jungkook and decided that he had one of two options. Number one was to lean over Jungkook and grab his clothes and number two was to add a little kiss onto the wolf's cheek to show that he was sorry for earlier. Taehyung took a while to decide but eventually chose to lean over Jungkook and grab his clothes. The wolf's breath hitched as the older started to lean into him, Taehyung noticed and glanced at the wolf's lips. He began to close into Jungkook but just before their lips met he backed away slightly. The hybrid lowered his head as his eyes glazed over with more tears. Taehyung had to fix it, so without even thinking, he leaned to Jungkook's cheek and gently pecked it which caused the younger to cover his mouth in shock. The older smiled softly as he got his clothes and shuffled hurriedly out of their bedroom to get changed.

Jungkook looked at himself in the bathroom mirror, he stared at his cheek as a huge smile formed on his lips. He started to run the shower and eventually he got in. Taehyung, on the other hand, was sat fully clothed on the sofa touching his lips with the tips of his fingers. He finally made his move on Jungkook, even though he usually gives the younger a kiss on the cheek when he gets in from school he knew that the kiss just then was extremely special between them. The older giggled as he picked up the TV remote and switched the TV on. His heart almost stopped as he saw the channel name on the TV. Gay Rabbit. Taehyung dropped the remote with a loud bang and stared in shock at the TV and moments later Jungkook runs into the living room fully clothed and asking Taehyung if he was okay with a worried expression on his face. All Taehyung can do is stare at the TV as the younger nervously sits beside the older. "Uh...Tae? Umm...I can explain...I-I..." the younger stuttered as he tried to search for an excuse. "It's alright Kookie, umm are y-you?" Taehyung began but trailed off as Jungkook lowered his head as he reached the question.

The tension and awkwardness was beginning to suffocate Taehyung as Jungkook continued to stare at the floor. Jungkook was at the brink of tears as he burned under the older's dominating gaze. The wolf couldn't take it anymore, his tears began to spill one by one as he buried his head in his hands and ran to the bedroom. As soon as Jungkook got into the bedroom he crawled into the bed sheets and stuffed the pillow into his puffy, red and tear stained face. He felt so embarrassed and he kept filling his head with negative thoughts such as 'Taehyung doesn't like me anymore.' and 'Taehyung thinks I'm weird'. Taehyung regretted everything about the previous interaction he had with Jungkook, he blamed himself yet again for making Jungkook cry and every last fibre in his body wanted to pull the younger in for a hug and never let him go but he was too late to act yet again. Taehyung shouldn't have asked when it was more than obvious that the answer to his question was 'Yes' but he wanted to have conformation. He wanted to know that it was okay for him to make the first move on Jungkook but it was clearly the wrong time.
