"Oh isn't this one cute?" I said and held up a baby pink onsie. Today me and Lily was shopping for the new baby while Jason was out fixing some 'problems'.
"Lily hungry!" Lily shouted and stomped her feet as she crossed her arms over her chest.
Someone is grumpy today.
"Sweetie,you just ate breakfast." I said while putting three other onsie's in the basket.
"No, I did not." Lily whined and started pulling my shirt.
"Didn't daddy feed you?" I looked down at her.
"Ye- No, he didn't"
"Are you lying to me now?" I said and took her hand to go to look at some other baby related stuff.
"Ye-No, mommy." Whenever Lily lied, she would always look down and play with her tiny fingers, and that's exactly what she did now. I grabbed her hand to go to pay for the stuff.
I laid the basket on the counter to let them scan the stuff.
"The total is $436,28 dollars." The girl behind the counter said. I put Jason's credit card into the card thingy and pressed in the code.
She then gave me the bag and a reciept.
"C'mon,baby." Since we've been shopping all day long, we went to Starbucks to sit and relax.
"Hello, welcome to Starbucks."
"Hi, can I get a caramel frappe with a brownie." I said and paid.
I looked around and saw that Lily already found a spot to sit so I patiently waited for our orders.
"Caramel frappuccino and a brownie." Someone behind me so I turned around and grabbed them.
I gave the brownie to Lily and let her take a few sip of the frappe.
"So tell me why my little princess are upset." I said and sat down.
"I-I don't want a little sister or brother!" Lily said and crossed her arms over her chest again.
"What?" I said shocked. When I told her that I was pregnant she was 'happy' but then I heard her cry in her room but she just said something about her doll being broken.
"Sweetie, why?" I said and went to sit beside her. I picked her up and placed her on my lap. Her legs were on my left side and her head was resting on my right shoulder. I gently stroked her hair with my right hand and wrapped my left arm around her.
"Because... because you and daddy won't play with me anymore. And mommy won't love me anymore."
Aw my babygirl.
"No, that's not true at all. Baby who told you that?"
"A g-girl in my school. She told me really m-mean things." Lily sniffed and wiped away a few tears.
"What's her name?" I asked.
"Hailey Santos."
"My little babygirl. Don't listen to her, ok? Mommy and daddy will always love you, and we'll always play with you." I wiped away the tears and kissed her fat cheeks.
"I wuv you mommy." Lily said and kissed my lips.
"I wuv you too, babygirl." I said back.
"C'mon let's go home. I think daddy is home already." I grabbed her hand and started walking to the elevator.

I parked in the garage and opened the door. Then I walked to the other side to get Lily out. Somehow Lily fell asleep on the way home so I had to carry her. I rested her on my hip and opened the door which was connected to the kitchen.
"Hi,baby." Someone said as soon as I came through the door.
"Oh shi- Don't scare me like that!" I said and slapped his bicep. Jason laughed and then took Lily away from my arms.
"Did you have fun at the mall?" He asked and sat down on a chair.
"Yeah,but Lily told me a very interesting thing."
"What did our princess say?" Jason kissed her cheek.
"She doesn't want a little sister or brother."
"What? Why?" Jason started frowning.
"Some girl at her school told her."
"What is her name?"
"Hailey... Hailey Santos, I think." I said and started to prepare the dinner.
"Fucking Santos."
"Do you know who her dad is?" I asked as I took out the sallad.
"Santos. Travis fucking Santos. Brother to Angelo Armano."
