I need to drink way more water. I get dizzy from practice when we're on the football field and I'm pretty sure it's cuz I don't drink enough water.
Ugh but idk why I just can't force myself to drink unless I'm not thirsty. And I don't drink soda and I don't care much for juice so basically I only drink like 1 bottle a water a day plus a cup of milk during dinner.
I'm trying to drink Gatorade too. Like there are some days where I drink like a bottle of Gatorade and like 3 bottles of water and I'm like "yas I just need to do this every day now" but then the next day I'll go back to drinking like 2 bottles of water or less.
Anyone got any advice for me? 😅😁😓
