Chapter 2 - Energon Hunt

*The Autobots have discovered a pool of energon located on one of Cybertron's moons. Optimus Prime has called Hydra and his team as a assist on retrieving the energon before the Decepticons can get their hands on it.*

Nimbus: A pool of 100% energon discovered on one of the moons? Quite interesting to know how it managed to emit out of nowhere.

Omega Bravo: Yeah. Energon just don't pop out of thin air like that. Gotta have a explainable reason to why it just started appearing.

Hydra: Explain that later when we arrive at the moon. Now get going! The shuttle's here any minute. Hydra said to his men in a strict tone.

Everyone got outside of their base and saw that the shuttle was landing. It slid open a door an they all went in it. The door closed and the shuttle took off.

Crossfire: Better hope your boys on Autbot City fixes my ship. She and I has been through rough times together. And  know she ain't givin' up after a crash. He said to one of the pilots while thinking of his ship that got shot down by Starscream and his men.

Autobot pilot 1: Our mechanics are doing their best to fix your ship, sir. She'll be air-born as soon as Wheeljack's done some few modifications.

Crossfire: Better hope that he'll do it good! He then walked over to a corner and sat down while he kept on thinking of his ship.

As the shuttle was in the air with the Autobots on it, down on the ground was Soundwave. He ejected Laserbeak from his chest.

Soundwave: Laserbeak! Eject! Destination: Autobot City. Operation: Pursue quietly. As Laserbeak took off to pursue the Autobots, Soundwave transformed back to his vehicle mode and returned to the Decepticon base. Waiting for his minion to return from his mission.

The flight was long and Helios was bored as a stiff. He looked out of the window and saw Laserbeak. He rubbed his optics and he was then gone.

Nimbus: What's wrong? You okay? He asked him.

Helios: Not entirely sure but I could swear I saw that flying bolts of scrap Laserbeak out there.

Autobot pilot 2: Impossible! our scanners aren't even picking up a single Decepticon signal. You must've hallucinated or something.

Helios: But I saw-

Hydra: That's enough!  Your optics are probably glitching and needs to be fixed. He said to Helios. Helios sighed and began polishing his weapon.

They later arrived at the Autobot Base. The shuttle landed on a platform and everyone of them got out of the shuttle and headed off to meet up with Optimus. They met him up a while later in the control room.

Hydra: Prime.

Optimus: Hydra. It's good that you and your men could assist me on this mission. He walked over to a monitor and started it up. The monitor showed the moon where the energon was discovered. As I told you earlier that there is a pool of energon that has been discovered on the second moon of Cybertron. I fear that the Decepticons may discover it too so we need to take action before they do.

Hydra: I agree. It was a good plan of you to call in the right group for this.

Optimus: The pool is located on a desolated part of the moon.

Nimbus: That place once was the home for the ancient Transformers - Predacons. No wonder that the part there is so desolated since it has been long forgotten until now.
