We pulled up to Bruce Wayne's house. My jaw dropped. His house is more modern than I remembered. I looked out the window and saw Bruce standing there with a huge smile. Wow. He's definitely gotten a lot more buff. "Megan!" "Bruce!" I went up to his open arms and gave him a big hug. "Come in! Make yourself at home!" He said, grinning. "Wow. This place is nice Bruce. You've done a lot for yourself." I replied as he poured us glasses of my favourite, a crisp white vintage wine. "Oh thank you." I said as he handed me a glass. "Alfred took your things to your room." I nodded, happy to see my best friend. We sat down and started the interview.

After we finished the interview, we just sat around laughing and talking about the memories of the past. As we talked, I felt butterflies. Was I developing a crush on the man I call my best friend? I think so. But only time will tell. "Goodnight Bruce." I smiled. "Night Megan." He replied, kissing my cheek. I blushed. He's never kissed my cheek before. I went up to my room and changed into a silk nightgown, letting my wavy hair down from its topknot. I slipped on my silk, floor length robe and walked to the balcony. I opened the doors and placed my hands on the railing. I took a deep breath of the cool, night air, getting relaxed. I walked back in, and locked the doors and crawled into my bed, turning off the lights and falling asleep instantly.

I woke up and yawned, stretching As I heard a knock on my door. "Come in!" I called. My jaw very nearly dropped. There was Bruce, standing in just his silk pyjama pants bringing me breakfast in bed. "Morning sleepyhead!" He smiled bright. "Aww Bruce! You didn't have to do this for me!" I told him, blushing. "Don't be silly! I wanted to!" I smiled and talked as we ate. After I finished, I got dressed and went to the living room where he was.
