Chapter 8

After their argument,Scorpius hardly talked to anyone,he was absolutely miserable,Emma and Albus tried to cheer him up but it was no use.Rose avoided him in classes and corridors and would hardly even talk to Emma and Albus

This had been happening for about a month when Emma decided to fix it,she cornered Rose after class
"Rose,just let him at least talk to you!"she said
No,why should I!?"he scowled
"Because he loves you that's why!"she was starting to lose her temper with Rose"I've been one of his best friends for years! And he's never acted like this around anyone else,it took him about a year to build up the courage to ask you out and he didn't mean anything he said!"

"How do I know he didn't mean it?"she asked
"I know for sure he didn't,he's been miserable,he hardly talks to anyone,he doesn't pay attention in class anymore,we have to basically force him to eat something,and that's all because he loves you!"she was shouting now and Rose's anger suddenly dropped and she mumbled something like oh god and rushed off,Emma following her.

She ran behind Rose into the Slytherin common room where Albus and Scorpius were sitting,Scorpius jumped up toward Rose who took his hand and dragged him out into the corridor
"Rose,I didn't mean anything I said,I take it all back and.."he started to say but Rose interrupted him
"I know,I'm sorry too and I wanna take you back"she said but this time he interrupted her,by kissing her
"You may be a know it all"he mumbled"but at least you're my know it all"
Albus and Emma cheered,and dragged them back into the common room..
