The end-of-year exams were approaching. Practice papers were flooding my room. Even though I had done quite a lot, my mind was still filled with that 'someone'.
Every minute, I would imagine my head exploding from all the stress.
In school, Mr Tan continues to spam us with loads of homework. Lecturing us on how important examinations are. I have nearly lost my freedom since the exams.
"Two more subjects to go and Freedom! I better give it my all," I muttered to myself.
Exams are over after 3 weeks of hard work. Finally! "Hey want to go to the AMK hub and chill out while checking girls?" my best friend asked. At the back of my head, I knew what he meant. Ask the girls from our class to go to the arcade. I agreed steadily because that 'someone' was among them.
