1 in a million[Midnight Red]

One day a bunch of my friends and I were at the park dancing to Take Me Home by Midnight Red. The music was blaring and we were having fun and laughing. People in the park around us started to form a circle  watched it. We started singing and it was the coolest thing to be doing while hanging out with your friends.

The song came to an end and we stopped dancing and singing and bowed for the crowd. People were cheering and clapping for us. As people started to leave, a guy came over and said you guys are good. How long have you been training together?

My best friend, Jon said we've been doing this for almost two years. We teach at the community center and at our colleges.

The guy said well my name is Paul Diaz. My team and I are from Columbia Records. We've gone to different events and seen you guys perform. Our bosses at Columbia Records want to know if you guys are willing to sign a contract with us.

Thea said wait for real? This isn't a joke?

Paul said this isn't a joke. It's for real

I said I'm done if you guys are. I mean we're all over the age and we can make our own decisions. What do you guys say?

Jon said I'm down.

Everyone agreed.

Thea Carter

A couple of months had gone by and we were working hard at school and in rehearsals. We had a couple of shows along the way and they were great. It was towards the end of October when we finally had a break for the weekend. Paul and Dean, our managers came into the rehearsal space and saw the 8 of us sitting around on the floor after rehearsal on a Friday afternoon.

Dean said okay guys, we have a surprise for you.

Luke said what's up?

Paul said what do you think of having a show? For two weekends? At the House Of Blues?

I said wait. As in our own show and someone opens for us or just us?

Dean said as in you close the show, you have a meet and greet and Q and A during the show. Also, you can have someone open for you guys but we won't say whose opening for you guys. We'll just say it's a surprise guest.

Paul said because that's going to be a surprise for you as well. You'll find out the first night of the show. Well, what do you guys think of it?

All of us started jumping up and down and cheering.

Dean and Paul were just laughing at us. After calming down, we found out the dates for the shows. It was going to be November 9th and 10th. Then we had a week off. The last two shows we had were going to be November 23rd and 24th. Then we were going to have another week off.

As we walked over to our cars, Luke yell hey, meet up at my house! Pool party!

All of us cheered. Jake and I got into Taylor's black Camaro with her and she drove over to Luke's house. We all loved his house because it was huge. His parents were both well off seeing that Luke's mom was a fashion designer and his dad was a lawyer. Once we got there, Taylor parked inside of Luke's house only for Jake and I ran out of the car and into Luke's pool.

I walked in and saw that we were pretty much the first ones there besides Luke, Jon and Tyler. I changed and jumped into the pool. Seeing that Luke's parents had butlers and maids, one of the butlers that Luke was super cool with, Brian came out and told us that food would coming out soon.

Once Lauren and Marvin got here, the food was already out. Thea, Lauren and I were all sitting out by the pool eating as the boys were hanging out in the pool. As the sun started to set, we set up our laptops around the pool area. The music started and we started to dance.

We finally uploaded the video us dancing to Take Me Home by Midnight Red. We tweeted it out and it was already blowing up with views. All of us were happy. When I finally dropped Thea and Jake at home, I got home to see my brothers at my house.

I said what are you doing here?

Ryder said checking up on you. How's school going?

I said its fine. I know that's not the real reason you're here.

Cayden said mom sent us. Plus we are your brothers.

I said yea my older brothers who live in Orlando, Florida.

Cayden said yea but mom called and said you haven't gone home in a couple of weeks.

I said it's been two months! She can't be serious if she wants me to come home every weekend. It's my freshman year in college. She needs to lay off.

I walked into the kitchen to make some food as the guys followed me.

Ryder said its mom. You can't expected her to go crazy without knowing where we are half the time. Plus come on, you are the only girl in this family.

Cade said so, we invited some of the guys back home.

I asked is it the football boys?

Cade and Ry smiled and nodded.

I scoffed and yelled up the stairs GUYS! COME DOWN HERE NOW!

Three of my brothers' friends from the football team came down. They smiled innocently. I laughed and hugged them.

I said I missed you guys.

Josh said missed you too.

They went to the backyard to hang out with my brothers as I went into my room to relax. I changed and finally grabbed my laptop and sat out on the balcony. After a couple of hours, the guys finally came in and showered off.

I was still on my balcony when Cade opened up the door to his balcony in his room next to mine. He climbed over and gave me a kiss on the cheek before saying sweet dreams, baby sis.

I smiled and said sweet dreams big bro.
