We were all shocked. We stood there for seconds before Taylor walked off with a security guard.

I said Thomas, I'll be back.

I ran after her and found her in the parking lot leaning on her car.

I said Knight, are you okay?

She turned to see me.

Tay said yea. I'm fine.

I asked why?

She said I don't see or talk to you guys after a year. Why do you think I did?

I said because we didn't see each other for a year?

Taylor said Anthony. He cheated on me with Izzy.

I froze.

Taylor

After I said that, he went quiet.

I wiped the tears away as I said yea. So don't ask me why I did what I did a year ago. Don't ask why I did what I did today.

He didn't even say anything when he pulled me in for a hug.

Anthony said I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.

I said its fine.

I looked up at him and said thank you for everything. Thank you for being my best friend.

He said you're welcome. Now, come on. I want to take you to somewhere special.

We got into my car as he drove somewhere. I guess it was a long drive because the last thing I remember before falling asleep was when we got on the freeway.

We all got back to Luke's house and stayed there. Even our managers came.

Tyler sighed and said where could they be. It's past midnight.

I said They're probably okay. They're probably hanging out around town or something.

Jake said no. She wouldn't stay around the area. You know that Thea

I said well, all we can really do is just wait it out.

I took out my phone like everyone else and we all got on twitter and Instagram to see if they posted anything. I kept refreshing my feed on Instagram until the first picture on my feed was a picture of Taylor and Anthony.

The picture was Taylor on Anthony's back and they were both smiling. It looked like they were having a good time. The caption read: "my best friend and I at the most beautiful place ever. We've been coming here since we met three years ago. I miss the memories that we had. this place was the most memorable place we ever had. Thanks for everything, Ladao. You're the best brother and best friend anyone could have"

I said guys, did you see the picture Taylor posted up

Eric said yea. Anthony just posted up the same picture and put a quote up.

Lauren asked where is this place anyways? She never told me where it was.

The Midnight Red boys looked at each other.

I said three years ago when they met, Anthony introduce Taylor to his friend, Izzy. They didn't really become the best of friends. But when either of them had a problem,  they would go to this one place. It was this place they didn't really want to tell anyone.

Joey said none of us knew.

Eric said it's a house on the beach in Venice. That's why in the picture, they're in front of a house. But up until a year ago, they would go there all the time. I didn't know that they still remembered the house.

We all heard a car pull up in the driveway and the door opened with Anthony carrying Taylor in asleep. He laid her down on the couch before saying I know its late but she really needed the break from everyone. Thomas, she made a video and she wants you to watch it alone.

He handed Thomas his phone and he walked out to the backyard to watch it.

I pressed play and Taylor popped up on the screen.

Tay said hey. I know its been a rough day. I know I shouldn't have slapped you in the face in front of everybody but I felt like it was the heat of the moment. I know its been a rough year not seeing each other but I think we both learned a lesson from it. We needed the break I think to focus on our careers. I also think that we both have changed within the last year. Thomas, I love you a lot but the chance of me giving you another chance is probably slim. But then again, most people would call me stupid for not letting you having another chance. So you get your second chance. Because in the morning when we wake up and see each other, we have a performance tomorrow. At the Roxy. See you there Augusto.

I looked up from the phone and looked at everyone inside. They were all smiling and waiting for me to react. I was super happy. This was my life. I wouldn't have it any other way.
