Decorating Marshal

Marshals PoV

Today Im gonna set up something for Fionna. I went into my kitchen to start everything. As I put everything together I went into my closet to grab some decorations. I pulled out lights and garland and all sorts of Christmas junk. I decorated everything but my tree. I want to do that with Fionna. I heard the timer go off so I ran into the kitchen and pulled out the food from the oven and turned it off.

I ran into my room and changed. I put on a white dressy shirt and some regular skinnys with my converses. hey I'm gonna like nice but a casual nice. I walked into my living room and texted Fionna.

Fionna's PoV

I had just gotten home when my phone vibrated.

X hey Fi. wanna hang out at my place for a while?

X sure when?

X in about 20 minutes.

X alright see you then.

"20 minutes is not a lot of time" I said running to my room to find something cute to wear. I pulled out a cute red tank top and a black skirt. I put a black cardigan over my shirt and I put on some black baby shoes. I looked in the mirror and side braided my extremely long hair. I put on my usual eyeliner and some slight lipstick. I put on my playboy bunny necklace and walked out into the living room. I stopped and looked at cake who was just staring at me.

"What?" "20 minutes is not a lot of time" cake said mocking my voice. "hehe I'm going over marshals for a little bit... sweet candy kingdom people I gotta go!" I said running towards the door. "what's a candy kingdom?" "it's from a tv show I like." (eh eh eh) "ok have fun". "bye!" I said closing the door and running to my car. I got in and drove off to marshals.

After I got to marshals I walked to his door and quickly adjusted my outfit. I knocked on his door 3 times and waited. he opened the door and looked amazing. "wow Fi you look amazing." "thanks. you do too" I said blushing. "come in?" he said moving out the way. I walked into his house. he has a cute house I must admit. everything was decorated. except for the tree. "why isn't your tree set up yet?" "I was hoping we could." he said wrapping his arms around my waist. "ok. sounds like fun." I said walking further into his house with him still holding me. "what's that wonderful smell."

"Dinner". he said proudly and walking off into the kitchen. I sat down at his table and waited. he brought out two candles and some drinks. he lit the candles and walked back into the kitchen. He came out with two plates with typical Christmas food on them. He sat my plate infront of me and sat down across from me with his food. "marshal this is amazing." I said smiling. "thanks. but it's nothing really." I smiled and took a bite. "this is amazing! where did you learn to cook?" I said taking a couple more bites. "my grandmother taught me when I was younger. Glad you like it." he said smiling and eating. After dinner we walked over to the tree. He pulled out boxes of decorations and we got right to work. After 20 minutes it was time to put the star on top. Marshal picked me up by my waist and I placed it on the tree. He sat me down and turned me to face him. He looked up so I did to and I noticed we were standing under the Mistletoe. He smirked and came closer. I got on my tippy toes and our lips met.

I looked up at Marshal and stared into his emerald eyes. "what is there something on my face" he said worriedly. "no I just couldn't help but get lost in your eyes." I said giggling. "oh I was worried for a second." He said chuckling. "what are you doing for Christmas marshy?" "nothing just gonna stay home." "you don't do anything for Christmas?" "no. my parents are always busy and i don't have any other family so I just stay home and watch Christmas stuff.

Well damn that was sad. "your welcome to come over our house and celebrate if you want." I said smiling. "I would love to." "ok. awesome." "dessert time!" marshal said running into the kitchen. I laughed and sat down on the couch and turned on a Christmas movie. Marshal came back with a piece of pie and pulled me onto his lap. "one piece?" "where sharing." I noticed the two forks. We both picked up one fork and took a piece and fed it to each other. "did you make the pie as well?" "yea but this one is my own recipe" "it's amazing." "your amazing" "that was cheesy" I said giggling. "you have some whip cream on your lip." He said giggling. I pointed to different places on my lip. he chuckled and said "let me get it" and he leaned down and kissed me. "Correction that was cheesy". I said whipping whip cream on his face. "oh its on."

-1 awesome food fight later-

"Ok now that we've trashed my house. It's fun time." Marshal said laughing. "oh do tell" I said walking over to him. he smirked and picked me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist. he crashed his lips onto mine and we laid down on his couch. He put one hand in my back an the other on my neck. Then my phone started to ring. "glob dammit who could that be?!" I said sitting up and answering my phone.

"Hello?" "hey baby cakes I need you to come home." "ok ill be home shortly." "ok bye" "bye." I hung up my phone and stretched. "cakes wants me to come home." "can I come?" "uh sure." I said standing up and walking to the door hand in hand with marshal. We got in my car and drove to my house. once we got there unlocked my door.

Then there was a thud so I quickly opened it. "SURPRISE!"
