I hopped in the shower and washed my hair. Tomorrow I'm going to get it re-died.

Once I got out the shower my phone started ringing it was an unknown number, thinking it was Travis I answered.

Me-"hello"

Him-"hey"

Me-"..."

Him-"hello you there"

Me-"uh-um..." I didn't know what to say so I just hung up. I panicked.

I haven't heard from him or seen him in 2 years. I'm surprised he still remember me. I laid my head on the pillow. Idk why but I started silently crying and thinking. Soon I drifted off to sleep with him on my mind.

I told Cherish about the phone call and I have been constantly checking my phone for a phone call.

"Girl take a break I mean give him some time. I know that phone is tired of you looking at it every five seconds. "She said. I nodded my head and got back to work.

Oh yeah, I forgot to tell y'all Cherish work at lady footlocker during the day and I work at Champs inside the mall but on our break we visit each other.

"Alright girl I gotta go" she said and we hugged. I smacked her butt on the way out. Ian gay or nun its just something we do.

"You need some new pants.. Yo ass getting too big. " I said as she walked out the door giving me the middle finger

I heard somebody come into the store.."Good afternoon welcome to champs may I get anything for you" I said bagging up someone else's shoes

"Yeah...." I froze when I heard his voice. I looked up and my mouth dropped.

"Can I get a hug. "He asked I turned around cause I started blushing.

I slowly began to walk around the counter with my head down still blushing. I heard all kinds of oohhs and awws.

"Hey" i finally spoke

"Can you go on break" he asked

"Nah but i get off in like 10 minutes. "

"Alright then do yo thang babygurl. "

I went back behind the counter and Mystery sat on one of the benches on i think Instagram.

Minutes later...

I went to the back and clocked out.

"Cmon" I said grabbing my items that belonged to me.

"So how you been. "He asked

"I should be asking you that but I've been great actually"

"That's good, you still working at the club?"

"Yeah, and I still haven't found out who Broke into my shit but its okay, so what's been up with you"

"Shidd same ole shit, the only thing that changed was my location and the day, months, and years. " I nodded my head in understanding.

"You know that shit aint the same nomo for real cause it ain't my hood. "

"I feel you" I said as we sat at a table at the food court.

"You hungry" he asked

"Nah I'm good"

"I know we wasn't on no real terms when I left but, other than my mama, I missed you and I wanted to apologize for the way I left. "

"Its oky. I missed you too. You might think I'm crazy when I tell you this but, I actually thought about you a lot." He smiled I shook my head and looked down at my fingers and started playing with them

"Cmon, I wanna take you somewhere." He grabbed my hand and pulled me up.

We walked out of the mall and got into his red camaro.

"Where are you taking me, sir?" I asked putting my seat BELT on

"I'm not old don't call me that but we almost there so hold on. " I just nodded my head okay.

Soon we pulled up to some train tracks with an tall abandoned building.

"Cmon. " he said getting out the car.

"Hurry up before the Train come. " he smiled, I giggled and we went inside. It was actually nice.

"Where are we" I asked Mystery AGAIN

"You'll see just cmon" he said as we reached the last step.

"Running up them steps made my ass tired" I said And he laughed shaking his head.

He lead the way to what looked like a dinning room and living room put together. It was nice. He lead me down three little steps that lead to a huge ass window. You could see almost everything from here. I looked down and took a few steps back. It looked like I was about to fall right out the window.

"Whoa" I looked at him and he kept his gaze between me and the tracks. "This is nice and all but no offense why did you bring me here. "

"*chuckles* cmere" he said and held out his hand and so I took it. "Look" he turned me around and the train was coming and it honked its horn and flashed its lights. Mystery called someone and put it on speaker

Mystery-" how many hours you got"

?-"shidd all day, who else you got up there"

Mystery-"somebody I would like to call my girl but see we ain't at them stages . " I smiled at his comment

?-"imaa tell yo mama...." soon they got off the phone

"So what was this place" I asked looking around

"I really don't even know I found it and I just come here to think, get away, or let off some steam" things got quiet...."you know I thought about you too and not just a little bit. I thought I was going crazy." He said hugging me from behind putting face in the crook of My neck

"Allot done happened since you left. Big T got shot.. Word on the street he inna coma, they say he been in and out." I said now facing him sighing

"Shit crazy." I held my head low as he said. I just felt like was gone cry

"You know he was like a father to me... I would go see him but I can't stand to see him like that" I put my forehead up against his chest/stomach and felt tears running down my face. I really do love that man. He took me in when no one Else would.

Mystery lifted my head and wipped my tears. He starred deep into my eyes and be for I knew it he started kissing me. I felt like I was on top of the world. I felt sparks and butterflies in my stomach. I wrapped my arms around his neck and his hands were on my butt, I never wanted this to stop..
