Mika's POV
We're in the dining room discussing things about my school and what I will do regarding the rules and regulations, since I will attend as a normal student, so I have to be aware of it.
" You will introduce yourself as Mika Reyes, since you are known as princess Aereen here." Mommy said, while mentioning the each and every one of the policies that I have to follow. I didn't want to follow them, but I wanted to live normally, so I have no choice.
" And please don't tell people that you belong in a royal family." Dad reminded me. As if I will ever let them know that I am a princess.
We arrived at my school and it looked wonderful " Aereen, be careful honey." Mom said, hugging me before I get out of the car. " I will, mommy. I love you both and thank you." The car drove away and I got into the entrance of the campus when they were completely out of sight.
I got to my classes and attended them. I was walking to the cafeteria when someone bumped into me and causing me to slip.
I closed my eyes and waited for the hard ground to hit me, pero wala akong naramdaman. Minulat ko yung mata ko and I saw a stranger. Sinalo niya ako mula sa pagkakabagsak ko.
" Thank you and sorry Pala for being clumsy." Sabi ko, after he helped me stand up properly. " It's nothing. You must be new here, and sorry din kasi nabangga kita, I didn't mean to. By the way, I'm Jeron Teng." Sabi nung lalaki, then he offered a hand to me.
" Mika Reyes." I shook his hands " Yeah, I am new here. Thank you so much, sobrang lampa ko kasi. " Natawa kami pareho " Anytime." He smiled at me, which I gladly returned. It feels good to be normal.
" I have to go. May training pa kasi kami sa basketball." Paalam ni Jeron. " Sige. I also have to go elsewhere, it's nice to meet you, Jeron." I said.
" We'll see each other around." Ngumiti ako and I waved my hand. " Sure sure, Jeron. " Lumakad narin ako palayo nang makalayo na si Jeron.
Saan naman kaya ako pupunta?
Umupo ako sa isang table dala yung books and laptop ko, since I have nothing else to do, kaya naisipan ko nalang na magpunta sa library at gumawa ng paper works.
Maya maya ay may nagsalita kaya tumingin ako sa kanya at ngumiti.
" Hi. Pwede bang maki-upo? " Tanong nung babae at ngumiti din. " Sure."
" I'm Victonara Galang, pero Ara nalang." Pagpapakilala nung babae.
" I'm Mika Reyes. It's nice meeting you. New student lang ako dito eh." We shook hands and smiled at each other.
" From what school ka? " Tanong ni Ara. " I was homeschooled " I lied. I didn't want to tell anyone yet that I came from a special school. Ngumiti nalang si Ara at nag nod habang nagbabasa ng libro.
" Sige. I'll go ahead na. Thank you for sharing your table with me. I hope to see you around." Ngumiti Si Ara at lumabas na ng library. Palangiti yung babae na yun. Dapat na pangalan niya ay smiley. Pero joke lang, mukha naman siyang friendly and approachable.
Lumabas narin ako ng library pagkatapos ko ng paper works ko. Napadaan ako sa bulletin board at nakita ko na may try-outs sa volleyball. I wanted to try since marunong naman ako maglaro, dahil nag aral ako sa isang special school and we learned to play volleyball and it became my passion. Sana matanggap ako sa team.
