The Power Ring Returns

Gandalf had left for a few days while Nikita stayed in Hobbiton with Frodo. Bilbo left the morning after the party. He left Frodo everything including his magic ring. Nikita never liked that ring it gave her a bad feeling.

Nikita spent most of her time in Frodo's house or keeping Merry and Pippin out of serious trouble with a farmer. When Sam came to tend to the garden they'd talk about nature. One night as Nikita was preparing dinner for her and Frodo. Gandalf barged into the house asking Frodo if something was hidden and safe.

Frodo went to trunk and gave Gandalf the envelope with the ring in it. Nikita watched them from the doorway confused. Until she sees the writing on the ring after it was taken from the fire. She backed away from Frodo and the ring in disgust.

Gandalf told Frodo want the ring really was and Frodo tried to give it to him. Especially when Gandalf told the pair the ring wraiths were on their way. But Gandalf didn't take it and told them to meet him at the Prancing Pony Inn in Bree.

Nikita agreed to guide Frodo there and to protect him as well as the ring. She washed she had brought her bow and arrows with her now. Her two knives would have to do if she had to fight. They heard something outside in the bushes and Gandalf went to see want it was.

It was Sam and Gandalf made him come on the journey with me and Frodo. He told Sam to never leave Frodo and to help him in his journey. Sam agreed to help and both the hobbits followed me out the back door. Nikita gave Gandalf a nodded as she lead the hobbits away from Hobbiton.

The next day as they were crossing the fields they heard a pair of running feet. Then Merry and Pippin appeared with vegetables. They had been stealing from the farmer again and before Nikita could scold them. Pippin grabbed her arm and dragged her away from the scene as they ran away.

They all fell down a hill and Nikita hurt her knee she healed it as the hobbits watched in awe. Then they heard the ring wraiths and Nikita told them to ran. She leaded them through the old forest and they hid under a fallen tree.

When Frodo tried to put on the ring Sam stopped him as Nikita told them all to be quiet. Then Merry leaded the group to Bucklebury Ferry with the wraiths on their tail. Frodo jumped at the last minute and the wraiths left heading towards the nearest bridge.
