Everyone, including me, was cheering for them happily. They won. The Teiko Middle School, the Generations of Miracle won the Winter Cup. My friend and I were screaming happily while hugging each other. You could say that we were both huge fans of them. My friend liked Kise Ryota, I liked Akashi Seijuro.
After done hugging each other, we stared admiringly at those colourful heads. However, I noticed something was off. Everybody was happy for their winning but why were they seemed...collected. I mean, they should be cheering for themselves too, right? Or hugging each other? Did they have no feeling at all?
Among them, the one who looked a bit excited was Kise Ryota. He even attempted to do hi-5 with the green-haired but was ignored.
I looked at Akashi Seijuro to see his reaction. As expected, he looked composed. But there was something that caught my attention. His eyes. I narrowed my eyes to focus on his eyes. Since when his left eye is yellow? I didn't remember him having heterochromatics eyes. What had happened to him?
After all the cheering, we went out of the stadium waiting for the Generations of Miracle at the rear entrance where the players would come in and out. It was Akira who insisted to though. She just wanted to see Kise Ryota up close. I just tagged along since I wanted to confirm Akashi's eyes.
Shortly after that, the Generations of Miracle marched out. Akira squeal upon seeing her idol. Meanwhile me, I stared at Akashi Seijuro, his eyes to be exact.
He turned to me as if he knew I was staring at him. I didn't bother to look away. In fact, I looked deeper into his eyes. He looked...lonely. I felt like I could see the other Akashi inside. He was suffering. He was begging someone to release him from his new self. I must help him. I must do something to bring him back.
