"Wow!" I gasped when I pulled back.

"yeah... wow." Chase gasped too.

The Mexican man who was working the big old Ferris wheel cleared his throat at us. I blushed bright red and began to climb out of the Ferris wheel onto the ground. When Chase stood next to me I grabbed his hand and started walking away, hurrying Chase along with me. I sighed once we were out of sight from the Ferris wheel and slowed down. Chase and I walked through the fair grounds together in silence, hand in hand.

I yawned and Chase looked down at me with soft eyes and picked me up bridal style. I gasped as he walked over to his truck and put me in the passenger side. Chase walked at around to the other side of the truck, hopped in, and sped off. Before I knew it I drifted off into a light sleep.

I stirred awake as I was lifted out of my seat. Chase picked me up and walked over to my front door and unlocked it. He brought me upstairs and put me down on my bed.

"Good night Katie." Chase placed a light kiss in the middle of my forehead and left. I sighed and rolled over onto my side.

The next morning when I awoke I was smiling. Grinning from ear to ear like Cheshire Cat. I grabbed my phone and looked at the time.

"OH SHIT!!" I was late for school... for the first time. I hurriedly put on school clothes, ran out the door, and got in the car. After putting the petal to the metal I arrived at school 3 minutes late and the lady at the front desk let me go.

"Ms. Ashton... Would you please explain to me why your late?" My home room teacher asked me.

"Well Mr. Smith, on the way to school a dog ran under my car and I accidentally hit it. So I took the poor dog to the animal hospital to get it looked at. Then I drove here as fast as possible." I lied.

"Well I'm glad to see some people actually care for animal life." Mr. Smith said pointedly to the class. half of the students groaned at his pointless jab and the other half kept sleeping.

" hey Katie! Did u really hit that dog?" Sean's voice made me jump as I sat down in my chair.

"Uh no. I slept in..."  My heart skipped a beat as I turned around to look at his beautiful face. Today he was wearing a tight shirt that showed off his many rippling muscles.

Sean laughed at my statement and I could help but notice the way he liked at me so lovingly.   just then Hannah walked over and sat on his lap making Sean's face contort into a grimace of emotions.

"Hey baby." She purred "You didn't call me this morning." She poured her lipstick covered lips at him.

"Yeah guess why Hannah." He spit out her name in disgust.

"why baby? Why didn't you call me?"

" Cause I saw you making out with that douche Dylan yesterday in the hallway! That's why!" Sean yelled. I visually cringed at the tone of his voice and his eyes softened when they scanned my face.

" He came onto me I swear! Sean! don't go!" Hannah's cheating mouth called after Sean as he stormed away.

"this!" Hannah screamed " This is your fault! You bitch!"

just then the bell saved me from certain doom.

I scanned the hallways trying to remember which class in going to when my eyes land on Chase 's sweatshirtless body.

"Chase!" I called. he turned around and his eyes lit up when they landed on me. I observed the way he jogged through the crowded hallway to me and noticed how his soft hair bounced on his head.

"Katie!" Chase grinned and for some reason the way my name rolled off his tongue sounded perfect.

"Hey....Ummm....how did I get home last night? I don't really remember..." I questioned.

"oh! You fell asleep in the car so took you home and I carried you to your room."  Chase explained quickly.

" Oh. I'm surprised my dad didn't sat anything. But , anyways, thank you for inviting me out I had a wonderful time." I smiled as his face lit up at my statement of enjoyment.

" I didn't see your dad but I'm so glad you had fun. I thought you didn't like it..." Chase trailed off as the hallways wear looking their populations.

"How could I not like it?! I had an amazing time. I'm really sorry but I have to get to class. I'll see you at free period?"

" Yeah, see you later then." I could see the pain in chases eyes as he turned and walked away.

sorry I didn't update for so long (boy issues)

And sorry it's not longer. I have a cold. (I might right a book called 'Summer Lover' about the boy issues)
