I was sitting on a bench on the nearest park located in this town. This park held so much memories. I did not sit on the same bench we once seated before but the one opposite to it. I watched as the sweet teen couple bickered and joked around just like how we were before. I wondered if you think of those memories as much as I do.

I grabbed my sketch pad and pencil and started to draw. The one hundred leaves on my sketch pad were almost full and the page that I was working in to was the last one. I started to draw your face. I remembered the way your eyes gazed at me like I was the most beautiful thing you have ever seen. Ninety nine leaves had been filled with our faces with smiles and laughters and this one leaf contained just your face, just you.
After I have drawn the image of you in my mind, I decided to leave the sketchpad in this bench were I was situated. I once looked around at the same park I was in alone. I sighed and stood up when I saw you from afar. You were smiling together, staring at each other faces. You looked happy and she looked beautiful. I bit my lip to stop the tears that swelled up from my eyes because of the scene in front of me. It broke my heart. I was beyond shattered.

Our eyes met the moment you decided to look towards my direction. You smiled a little and I gave you back one. Maybe my decision for leaving my sketchpad here was right.

Maybe leaving my sketchpad here was right as well as my feelings for you.
