First Day on the Job

Okay, making my way down the stairs!

Almost their....so close......

All of a sudden, I hear a bunch of whispers in a room. Walking my way past the metal door frame of the meeting room...or more like the fancy function room of a hotel, I stand on the tips of my toes looking for the blonde head of hair.

Before I know it, the head of hair found me as I see him walk though the thick clumps of pack members.

"Our seats are up their." Max tells me, finger pointing toward the stage in the center of the room framed with the tv monitors for everyone to see and sound systems so everyone could hear.

"More translation. Why do they need both of us?" I'm quite irritated as I don't feel like hearing the Alpha talk, he just talks to hear himself most of the time.

"Shh...he might hear you with those type of thoughts," Max said picking up on my "annoyed" tone.
