Dark & Wild Vampires (BTS Fic)

Jungkook's POV:

Laura and I walk into school holding hands, with the guy's right behind us. Everyone stops and stares at us, having different reactions of what they're seeing. Laura notices and I pull her a bit closer, "it's okay," I whisper. "Everyone is just staring at us," she whispers. Everyone in school knows that we always turn down girls when they confess, and that the guy's don't really get close with anyone. But now all of that has changed because of me. Rapmon still isn't happy with the idea that she has to stick with us now in order to protect the both of us. Meanwhile, I have to keep it a secret from her that we're vampires. I think Rapmon is more afraid that I might slip up instead of her finding out. "Is that Laura!? With Jungkook!?," I hear someone whisper. "I thought they don't date!" "Ugh I hate her!" "I know! I want to be her!" I shake my head and I feel a pat on my shoulder. I look behind me and it's Jin. "It's okay, don't worry about them." 

We walk into the classroom leaving the guy's behind and everyone is staring at us. People whisper to each other and keep looking back at us. "Okay guy's, seriously? We're classmates, you've seen us together a bunch of times ever since she arrived. You all had to know it was bound to happen." I walk her to our desks, I can tell that she just wants to hide from everyone with all of the attention that she's getting. "It's just weird," I hear one of my friends say. "How?," I say as I turn to face them. "We never thought that you would date." "Considering how your group is with girls." "What does he mean Jungkook?," she asks. "It's just that we always turn down girls when they confess to us. That's it." I glare at them, they're trying to give her the wrong impression of us. "Well what about Jimin and V? Those two have broken a lot of hearts." "They're heavy flirts. Besides, there's other guys around school who do the same damn thing. Jimin and V are just popular and that's why it's known." 

I sit in my desk and glare up at them, they don't like that I'm dating Laura, so they're trying to give her the wrong impression. "Are you really going to be okay being around those other guys Laura?," one asks. "Just because they're the most popular guys in school, doesn't mean you should hang out with them." "Well what about Jungkook? You're friends with him." "He's different." "But he's still friends with them. So how is he any different?" "He just is." "You really shouldn't trust them Laura." She stands up and slaps one across the face and I stare up at her in shock. "Unlike you guys, I've actually met and spoke to them. Even hung out with them over the weekend." It's true, she was at our house for a day to get used to us more. Everything went fine, Rapmon was the only one being a stick in the ass. "And Jin, J-Hope, and Jungkook even came over and met my parents. And guess what, my parents approve of them. So I'm not going to listen to you guys about them because it sounds like I know them better than you all do." 

People whisper to each other, "and with the whispering and talking about us. Enough. God damn it guy's, we're classmates," she says in English frustrated. She sits back down and huffs. I tap her shoulder and she turns around, I give her a smile, "thanks." She smiles back, "no problem."

I walk into the cafeteria with her and head straight to the table where the guy's are. The guy's clear a space for us and I have her sit down. "How's your guy's day going?," J-Hope asks. "It could be better, you know, people not fully trusting us and telling her that she shouldn't be with us," I mumble to him. "Ignore them." "And the few girls who wish that they were her." He chuckles and pats my shoulder, "those girls." I see my friends walk in and they stare at me. We haven't spoken since this morning, I think they're trying to avoid me with what Laura said. They walk off to a open table far from us and I let out a sigh in frustration. "Some friends," I hear Rapmon say. "Rapmon," Jin snaps. "No, it's fine. I have a feeling they don't want to be friends anymore." "I'm sorry Jungkook." I look down at her, the first thing I see is her bandage, making me remember that night. I gently hold the side of her face and smile down at her. "It's fine, I promise. You and the guy's are more important to me than anyone else." "I just feel bad, because I'm the reason you're probably no longer friends with them." I lean down and kiss her forehead, "I promise, it's fine. I'll go get us some food."

*One week later*

"Class, we have a new student joining our class," the teacher says. A guy walks in, he has a wide smile and waves at us as he walks in. He bows, "hello. I'm Jinyoung." "You can take a seat next to Laura, Laura raise your hand." She raises her hand and he walks over to the empty desk. I hear some girls whisper and sigh, they obviously find him attractive. He takes a seat and gets his stuff out. "So Jinyoung, where are you from?," some girls ask him. I block them out and Laura turns to look at me. "I guess I'm no longer the new student." "Yeah." Now everyone's attention will be towards him instead of us. I can tell that the guy's are already jealous of him, and that the girl's want to talk to him. "Laura, I'm assigning you to give him the tour of the school," teacher says. When it was Laura's first day, the class president gave her the tour. "The class president isn't available today, and since you were the last new student I'm choosing you." "Okay sir."

Laura's POV:

"So you're my tour guide?," Jinyoung smiles down at me. "Yeah, new students get a tour of the school." "See you at lunch," Jungkook tells me and kisses my cheek. "See you," I smile at him and he walks away with a smile. "Who's that?" "Jungkook, my boyfriend." He looks after Jungkook, "oh darn." "What do you mean by that?" "It's nothing. Shall we start our tour?" "Yeah. And then we can get lunch." "Sounds good to me." I take Jinyoung all around the school, he would ask me stuff that didn't fully relate to school but I still answered to be polite. "Well, that's the end of the tour." "I'm sorry to ask you this, but what happened to your neck?" I touch the bandage, "um. Oh. It's not a big deal. Jungkook and I were on a trail late at night one time and I got bit by two big ass bugs there. The bites are almost healed though, Jungkook's friend just advised me to keep the bandage on till there fully gone." "At least there almost healed." We make our way to the cafeteria, when we reach it I grab the door handle but he puts his hand over mine. 

I look up at him curiously, "I just want to say, thanks for the tour," he smiles down at me. "No problem." "Listen, Laura. I was wondering if we could do homework together some time since you were the last new student. You can fill me in with everything. Everyone who spoke to me has been nice, but they don't seem real. Like you." "Um, uh. Okay. That's fine. Well, I'm hungry so let's get food." He lets me open the door and I run over to Jungkook and the guy's. "How was the tour with the new student?" "It went good."

Jungkook's POV:

I look over at him, he's staring at her with a smile. I don't like it. "Um, just so you know Jungkook. He asked me to hang out some time to do homework and to catch him up since I was the last new student." I look back down at her and pull her a bit close. "That's not a problem." "Are you sure?" "Yeah. Gotta help out our classmates. By the way, I already bought you food." "Aw, thanks." She stands on her toes and kisses my cheek. She sits down and starts eating. I eye Jinyoung a bit, I see my ex friends walk over to him and they talk for a bit before he sits with them. Replacing me I see. "What's wrong Jungkook?," Jin asks. "Something about him just seems off, he could've asked anyone in class to help him with homework. Instead he asks Laura, the only girl who's taken in the class." "That does seem strange..." We talk quietly enough to where Laura can't hear us. "Want us to keep an eye on him?" "Let's see if he tries anything." Call me over protective, but with what happened, I'm not taking any chances.
