I was here at the airport with Chandra, my nieces and Ted still waiting for my flight number to be called

"Uncle Aug, do you have to go?"

"Yeah, baby I do. Don't worry, I'll see you soon"

"You better do good out there"

"I will sis"

Standing here, I had a lot on my mind and of course it was mainly Sienna. Every time I called, I got her voicemail.

"What you thinking about?"

"Nothing man, just can't wait to get to LA"

"Nah, it's something other than that" Giving him a knowing look, I didn't even have to say much "Aye man, you did the right thing"

"Then why do it hurt so bad?"

"Look man, you know I'm gon always keep it a hunnid with you" I nodded "You fucked up"

"Ho-"

"Just listen. You found out about this months ago, hell we was even the first ones to know even though we thought it'd be Sisi. You waited and waited until the very last minute to tell her and the fact that you did it the day before graduation just make it worse"

"I was just looking out for her"

"Nah, you was looking out for yourself. Cause if you was really looking out for her, you would've went and told her as soon as you found out and see how she felt about it"

"I know" I nodded "I know. It's not like I can take it back now, I mean how you think I felt when she walked away from me at graduation? You could see how hurt she was, from when she talked and when she cried. I fucked up bad"

"Now you gettin it. Trust me bruh, you ain't hurting more than she is right now"

Flight 109 to Los Angeles, California is now boarding

My flight was finally called and I picked up my bags.

"I'a see y'all when I see ya"

"Love man" We dapped up and I gave hugs and kisses to my girls. I made my way inside. Putting my bags in place, I took my seat closest to the window. After praying for a safe flight, I put my headphones over me and was on my way to sleep

Off to LA...

"So what else do we have to do?" Briyannah asked

We had moved everything into my place and now we were placing everything. Even my parents came to help. It was going good minus the heat

"Put that right there" Adrian said while filing his nails.

"Excuse me evil step mother, but when did we become Cinderella?"

"Girl you know I don't lift anything"

"Yeah, we can see that. You're lucky we're almost finished. Um, Zen you can just put that lamp on that table and those books underneath it"

When she finished, we all took a look around the room and smiled plastered on our faces.

"My baby is all grown up" Mama smiled

"I guess I have to stop calling you princess now"

"Aw, daddy I'll always be your little princess"

"No, no, sweetie. You've grown into a full grown queen" He smiled. I hugged him feeling myself become emotional.

"I'm proud of you Si" Zen came next to me

"Me too girl. After all you've been through, you've overcame it"

"Awww, thanks guys. I can't take all the appreciation though. I had great friends along the way. Hell I'm proud of all of us, we did it"

"This is only the beginning"

I couldn't have asked for more better friends and family than the ones I have. I was blessed to have them in my life and wouldn't trade them for the world. Through all the ups and downs, I made it and my life was officially changing.
