Aaliyah's pov ||
I woke up in the morning to the alarm of my alarm clock , looking forward to go to school to see Jaden.

I opened my eyes then closed them then they shot wide open when I remembered Jaden.

I jumped out of bed and went to take a quick shower. 'Nice for what' started playing and I started dancing in the shower to it.

I got out the shower to brush my teeth in the mirror as I lip singed to my music.

Sooner or later me and Kevin were out and about. And I see Jaden walking. He stops. " hey guys" he said just as Kevin's friends came outta nowhere again. They all dapped each other up.  I walked away into the deli as Jaden followed.

" Ayee Aaliyah". The guy said with his Dominican accent. His eyes landed on Jaden who was right behind me. " ohh I see you bring your boyfriend today". I sighed.

" one baconeggandcheese please". I said handing him the money. He took it and started making it.

" I come here every morning you know". Said Jaden. " oh really? Me also ever since I moved here". I said.

He looked at me as I used my phone. " hey how'd u get it back"? He asked.

" got what back? Oh my phone? I took it before leaving to my locker. No one saw". It was awkward silence between us the only thing you could hear was the bacon sizzling in the pan.

" wow. Such a savage". Said Jaden. We laughed

"So have u thought about joining The Elites"? He asked me. I looked up from my phone. "Yeah I kinda did but I still don't have a valid answer. It's kinda like a yes no maybe not".

" one bacon egg and cheese.... What happen why you no get one for you boy friend "? Asked the guy.

And exactly when he said "you boyfriend" Kevin walked in with his friends. " Boyfriend"? He asked all tough.

"I don't have a Boyfriend relax". I said eying him up and down . " Yeah u better not have no boyfriend ". He said giving Jaden the look.

I gave him the same look back. " You don't have to look at him like that". I said and walked out to school.

I saw ppl in their own little groups and I saw this dance group. So I went closer to get a look.

It was this guy and he looked good at dancing. I got pushed into the circle by someone. And landed on my butt on top of the radio. " wow second day of school and I'm being knocked down again". I said to myself. The girl helped me up. " show us what you got ". She said. I got up and put my bag down. I couldn't act scared. Especially in front of a bunch of people that will always talk about this moment.

The song started playing.  'Nice for what'. What a coincidence I was dancing to this same song in the shower this morning. I started dancing and I started off light but as I was getting into it and everyone started hyping me up I got more comfortable dancing. Everyone was chanting and had their mouths dropped wide open. Except Jaden he was smiling.

My brother pulled me out of the circle. " Hey. You're in ". The girl said to me I smiled. then I turned back to my brother.

" What the ... How the... " he was panting. " How on earth Aaliyah "?

" How on earth what"? I asked

"What you just did right there!!! ....you dance".

I nodded smirked and walked away back to the group. " Come on we're ditching today". She said and the rest of the group followed including Jaden.

We went down into the subway. " My name is Lupe and this is where we dance until we catch the train, we even make a little money off of it ". She explained.
