Brian's P.O.V

Everything around me began spinning. I knew my sister could shift now but I didn't really think much about it. Now the truth that my sister could probably kick my butt came to surface.

Turning to Nicole, I asked, "if you really are a great warrior, then how come you haven't tried to escape or more importantly, told me to back off?"

Nicole's P.O.V

I heaved a sigh, "because I understood your anger. I knew you were mad at me for leaving you and I knew you had to get that anger out. I grew up with you, remember? I know you. I'm your twin for crying out loud!" I tried to tell him calmly though, my voice began to raise a little towards the end.

"Wait," Jayce spoke up, "if Nicole's your sister and your mothers... gone... and you haven't found your mate... then that makes Nic Luna!"

The realization came to me shockingly. Everything around me spun out of control. I've been home hardly a day and all the sudden Im Luna? I hate Jayce! he just always has to point things out. "Nic?" Ashton's voice broke me from my scrambled thoughts.

I looked over at Nicole. Her eyes we dilated and wide with shock. The people in the room began to kneel down. My sister spun around.

Then fell.

*2 days later*

I sit next to my sister in the infirmary. All the sudden information must have been to much for her. I didn't blame her. I felt like passing out too.

I paced the small infirmary room. My sister was hooked up to all sorts of tubes feeding her nutrients and water. She had passed out 2 days ago after coming to the realization that she was Luna. That was special.

My dad walked in too take his turn like we've all been doing for the past 2 days. He puts his hand on my shoulder and stared down at her, "you shouldn't have been so mean to her."

"Why?" I asked, "she left us. Don't you remember the pain?" I added slamming my fist down on the food cart.

"Of course I remember the pain! There are times I still feel it! Like when your being so mean to her!" he yelled, his face red with anger. Ahh I missed that. Whenever my sister and I would throw him over the edge. When we decided not to pull pranks on each but put our minds together in order to get dad. Ohh the memories. I shook them out of my head as my dad calmly added, "she may have left but she came back. She came back for a reason and I don't think it was just Elliot," he hinted.

I lowered my eyes to the floor, taking in my fathers words. I nodded, not raising my eyes.

That's when I broke. Tears ran out of my eyes as I fell to me knees covering my face with my hands. I leaned my head on my fathers legs.

A hoarse whisper made me stop my tears. "Brian?" my sister croaked.
