Bright light dazzled my view as I opened my eyes so I had to close them again. Why the hell does my head hurt that much? I was wondering and laid my hand on my head. As my eyes were adjusting to the light I heard someone enter the room I was in. "Oh, Miss Joe, you're awake!" an unknown voice said and I could identify three men standing in front of the bed I was lying in. "Well, that's perfect, as you are now free to go!" the man in a white gown continued. The two men next to him looked the exact opposite. One was wearing a checked button-up shirt, blue jeans and what seemed to look awfully like cowboy boots. Who wore them nowadays anyway? However, the other one was in a black suit and looked quite muscular. "Where...where am I?" I finally managed to ask the three strange men. Honestly, who were they? I guessed the man in the gown was a doctor or a crazy science person.

"You're in the hospital, Miss Joe!" the supposed doctor answered. Then he turned to Mister Country and continued, "She might be a bit delusional right now, but she only had a small concussion. I'll prescribe her drugs she has to take for about a week to eliminate any risks but she's not in any serious danger." What was going on here? And why did the doctor talk to Mister Country about my situation instead of, well, me?

"Thank you, doctor. We'll take her back to the set right now!" Mister Country answered and shook the doctor's hand. Man in black gestured for me to stand up which I reluctantly did. As I looked down on myself, I noticed I was wearing black shorts, a pink tank top and pink sneakers. The doctor left the room and Mister Country smiled at me before saying, "Okay, let's get you back to the set!" Man in black seriously grabbed my arm and dragged me out of the room. He did that because I actually didn't want to come with them. I had no clue who these people were! And how should the doctor know? I didn't even know who I was! How should he know? For all I knew they could be crazy serial killers, trying to abduct a young girl who had no clue about her identity. That was messed up, wasn't it? Seriously, who am I? Apart from 'Miss Joe'? What happened to me? I kept wondering while Man in black dragged me towards the exit of the hospital. Should I cry for help? But if I do and I actually know these men...that would be very embarrassing! Before I could decide, however, the doors of the exit were pushed open and I was staring into a massive crowd of people before flashlight dazzled me and I held my arm up to shield my eyes from that crazy flashing and clicking. What the actual fuck? Man in black just kept dragging me through the mass of people and I could catch sight of apparently thousand people with cameras in between and behind young adults who were holding up a picture of a blonde girl smiling in the camera. She had straight blonde hair with sideway bangs, piercing blue eyes and the whitest teeth I had ever seen...during the last minutes, that is. Everyone around me was chanting one name, "Maddie! Miss Joe, look here!" Some of the people holding the picture were screaming, "I love you! Please give me an autograph!" Finally, the two men and I had reached a black limousine. Man in black held the door open for me and Mister Country was pushing me into the car. Well, if I was getting kidnapped, I had at least thirty witnesses. As soon as the door of the car was closed, it began to speed away – which was actually an exaggeration. We were crawling along the masses, people banging on the windows, screaming for that Maddie person.

"So," Mister Country drew my attention to him, "we're now heading back to the set. Are you feeling okay, Maddie?"

Whoa, dude! I wanted to say. Was I that Maddie person, everyone was screaming about? Should I tell Mister Country that I had no clue, who he or I or they were? And what set did we go to? My head was almost exploding with all these thoughts, adding the headache from before. "I have a little headache, to be honest," I answered hesitantly. I still didn't know what to answer him. Yes, I am perfectly fine? No, I don't know who the fuck you are? They, meaning Mister Country, Man in black and the doctor, obviously didn't know I had apparently lost my memory. Or did they not care?

"Yeah, I can imagine. We will drop you off at the set and then I am immediately going to get the drugs the doctor prescribed you and bring them to you. I think they should ease your headache!" he explained and I nodded my head. I'll just try to figure the situation out beforehand. I could still come clean about it later, right? And maybe my memory would be coming back the next day? Suddenly, something buzzed in the pockets of my shorts. I pulled a phone out and saw that I had received a text message from a person, named 'Benny Bleek' in my contact list. As I tried to open the message, the phone wanted a password from me. Fuck. Without thinking I put my thumb on the button in the middle and it worked. Thank God for fingerprint scanners! I mentally cheered and opened the message from the supposed Benny. 'Everything alright? We're missing you on set!' he wrote and I figured he must be a co-worker. I quickly went through my contact list, trying to look as unsuspicious as possible. Sadly, my contact list consisted mostly of names I didn't recognise and some nicknames I sure as hell did not know. How was I supposed to ever find out about my life, my friends, my family? I didn't even know who the people in front of me were and they brought me to the hospital in the first place. Man, I wish I knew what even happened to me...

The car stopped and Mister Country gave me a quick nod, as the door was opened by Man in black. I exited the car as gracefully as I could and found myself standing in front of a big grey hall titled with a massive '3'. The limousine behind me turned around and drove away while Man in black started his way towards the building. I decided to follow him because he seemed to know where we should go to. He held the door open for me and I entered into a small corridor that was only lighted by a few spotlights. To be honest, it was quite creepy, standing in here alone with Man in black. However, he just pushed me forward until we reached a brighter and bigger corridor. It went both right and left and there were a lot of doors on both sides. Suddenly a guy came towards me, smiling brightly showing his teeth. "Maddie, welcome back! Are you alright?" he greeted me happily and pulled me into a hug.

"Uh, a little headache but sure. And...you?" I answered returning his hug so that he wouldn't grow suspicious.

"Oh you know," he said while I followed him to wherever he was going, "the boss is a bit stressed out now but when he sees you're back he'll calm down for sure!" The guy smiled at me one last time before he opened a door that lead the way into a big hall that was full with cameras, spotlights and people. "Maddie!" a small and fat man cried and stumbled through the mass of people. "Thank God you're back! We're filming scene 16 now, are you ready?"

What? Filming a scene? It rushed through my mind but he just dragged me towards an open room that was equipped with a bed, a chest of drawers, a closet, a bureau and night tables. All in all, it seemed to be a bedroom. A guy, about twenty-four years old I guessed, with blonde hair up in a quiff and blue eyes sat on said bed. His white tank top showed off his muscles and let him appear more tanned than he probably was. Moreover, he wore black shorts and some random sneakers and stood up when he saw me. "Are you okay?" he asked and pulled me into a hug. Why did all these people ask if I was okay and hug me? "Sure," I mumbled into his shirt and he sat down on the bed after he let me go. Then he gestured me to sit next to him which I did. Afterwards, he stared at the small, hysterical man and gave him a short nod. "Ready?" he whispered at me and even though I did not answer, someone yelled, "Action!" As I had no clue what to do, I just stared at Sunnyboy who stared intensively into my eyes. What the- I thought because he slowly came closer towards me. Wait a second, was he looking at my lips now? Before I could decide on what to do his lips were pressed on mine and he kissed me passionately.
