The sun had sunk to where it skimmed the treetops when the patrol finally came back. Sweetpatch and Barkkit rushed out of the medicine den with bundles of herbs in there jaws. The ran around and spread poultices on wounds, cobwebs on cuts, and tended to the injured. The kits bounded up to Stripewater, she was a half-clan cat whose mother joined her father in Riverclan, and threw questions at her; "Did you win?" "What was it like?" "How many Shadowclan cats did you claw?" "Did you watch them retreat?" Stripewater purred, "Ok, we did beat them and I clawed many Shadowclan cats, and now I'm tired so I must rest, I suggest you do the same." The kits bounded of and went to the clearing around the nursery, "I wish we had been there!" Nightkit whined, "We would have clawed Shadowclan butt!" "Yeah well we might as well find something else to play." Robinkit suggested. "Ohhh! I know!" Frostkit squealed, she ran around and made four spots were leaves covered the ground. Then in the middle of the four spots she made a line with her tail. Then she grabbed a moss ball and a stick. "Ok so here's how we play: One of us stands at the line over there," she flicked her tail toward the line,"and rolls the moss ball toward this leaf pile," she looked at the oddly shaped leaf pile, "then another one of us tries to hit it with the stick, if you hit it you run to that leaf pile, then that one, then that one, and then you run to where you started. If someone else gets the ball and touches you or the base before you get there you have to switch with someone." The kits took there spots and played until the sun went down.
