Warriors: Gift of Five: The First Frost

Chapter 9(I think)

Above we have the lovely Splatter_Fox as Lilydawn! She is now one of our wonderful Thunderclan Warriors and I'm very glad to have her! She will DEFINITELY be a fun character to work with and I may or may not have a VERY good(hopefully) future planed out for her.

As the patrol walked back to camp they felt splatters of sunshine on their backs warming them. They brushed through the bramble tunnel and the mentors told the apprentices they could have a piece of fresh kill, then they could go collect moss for the elders. The kits trampled over each other racing for the fresh kill pile. Goldpaw made it there first and grabbed a blackbird and asked; "Hey Frostpaw, wanna share the blackbird with me?" "Sure!" The quick response came as they say down and ate. Nightpaw got a vole and Robinpaw picked up a mouse and went to join them. Only a moment later Lilydawn came over and grabbed a thrush from the pile and saw the apprentices and asked; "Hey can I join?" The apprentices nodded happily as the tortoiseshell warrior sat down with them. "So, what have you kits been learning?" Lilysdawn asked, eyes scanning the kits.
"Well-" Robinpaw started, but was interrupted by Nightpaw, who shouted; "Robinpaw chased a water vole and fell into the lake!!!"
"Well when ya put it like that, it sounds stupid..." Robinpaw muttered.
"Hey, it's alright. You scented a water vole, and tried to catch it. On my first day, I couldn't even catch a squirrel that I barely scented." Lilydawn assured. Robinpaw cracked a grin.
