All 3 children fell asleep beside each other. It is now 8 pm, and no one had woken up yet. The only living creature that was awake at that time was a mouse. It was a tiny mouse. In year 2010 Benno became friends with that mouse. He named him Whiskers, taught him tricks, and feed him. Whiskers wanted Benno to pet him; however he was asleep at that time, so the mouse tried to find something else to do. He started to nibble and the clothes and accessories that Marisa had found. Within about 1 hour the mouse chewed through half of the clothing. Once he finished chewing he carried his little legs all the way to the corner of the small room.

Marisa was the first to wake up. She tapped Benno's and Patchy's shoulder, so that they would wake up to. "You guys need to wake up. We have to figure out how we are going to leave this place."

Benno rubbed his eyes "Before we do that, let's eat. Linda and Richard wake up at 12pm, and that gives us enough time to cook some food." Patchy started to stand up. She opened the door and checked to see if anyone was there "it's safe."

She continued to walk to the kitchen so that she can get a closer look. Benno and Marisa followed behind her. Patchy looked through the fridge. We had some fruit. Most of the fruit is too old to eat, so everyone continued to look for food. Marisa found a package of KD in one of the cabinets. We all got excited. Benno got a pot and put it over the stove. Marisa read the instructions at the back of the package, and told them how to make the pasta.

Benno put the pot under the tap and poured some water. He then put it back on the stove and Patchy turned up the heat to the appropriate temperature.

Marisa congratulated them "Good. Next we have to add the pasta."

Marisa handed the box over to Benno. He poured the box of KD into the now boiling water. Once he finished pouring he gave the box back to Marisa.

"Next we have to wait for the pasta to cook."

After a couple of minutes it was done cooking, we strained the pasta added the cheese, put it into our bowls and then we were done. We left a little bit for the caretakers, so that they wouldn't get angry at us for not giving them breakfast. If we don't give them breakfast bad things will happen. Years ago we forgot to feed them and they took one of the children, cooked them and then ate them. Marisa doesn't know how scary the caretakers will be, since she just recently came here.

We all ate the yummy KD at the table. No one talked to each other. It seemed like everyone was trying to eat quickly, so that we can get started on the plan faster.

Patchy stopped eating for a second "Before we make the plan, we should clean up this place a little bit. Does everyone agree?"

"Yes."

Once we finished we tried our very best to clean up the place. The caretakers actually seemed quite pleased with us. They didn't chase after us when they saw us. They would just nod their head and smile. It was a bit creepy, however at least we aren't in danger at the moment.

The Mouse ran up to Benno and squeaked. The mouse had bread in his mouth and he was lifting his head up, as if he was trying to give the bread to Benno. Benno accepted the bread. He ate a piece, and gave the rest of it to the mouse. We continued to clean and clean. We finished cleaning within 3 hours. The poo at the corner of the living room was no longer there. Everything wasn't shiny, however it still looked clean. Linda and Richard treated us nicely that day. Why are they treating us, so nicely Benno thought.

None of us thought much of it at first. We just accepted the fact that they were treating us kindly today. They gave us all 3 meals and a few snacks. For some reason Patchy and Benno didn't eat that much. Marisa wondered why? The food tasted better than the KD and they ate all of the KD. Is it because they don't trust the food that the caregivers gave us? Marisa knew that it wasn't poisonous or anything like that, since Benno and Patchy ate a little bit of food.
