This has Austin's POV in the beginning but not for long I just wanted you guys to see Austin's reaction to the situation.

15. Mac And Cheese

Watching Parker run out of my room makes a smirk tug at my lips. It's not difficult to get her to admit things to me, jealously has never been a good trait for her and it makes her spill all her secrets. Chuckling lightly I walk across the hall to AC's room and knock on the door, waiting for him to answer.

"Hey, what's up?" He asks, leaning against the door.

"Want to hang out? I have nothing to do today"

"Sure" He nods, sliding on some shoes and following me down the hallway "I figured you'd rather fuck Parker than hang out with me" AC chuckles.

"Bros before hoes" I shrug.

"Too bad she's not a hoe" He raises an eyebrow.

"Yeah I know" I nod, and soon we're at main street and walking into Buffalo Wild Wings to eat. As we wait for a table, AC's phone rings and he answers it.

"Woah, slow down" He says, and I look at him I confusion "He did, did he?" He looks at me, his jaw clenched "I'll be right there" He hangs up the phone "Really Austin?" He says, and I look at him in confusion "Don't okay dumb, how could you do that to Parker? You know how she can be" He looks at me in disbelief.

"She wouldn't hurt herself" I shake my head "Right?"

"Let's hope not" He rolls his eyes, before leaving me to stand alone. I huff and spot a group of girls staring at me, and I wink, walking over to them.

"Hello Ladies"

"I'm here" AC comes running over to me, pulling me into his lap and letting me cry into his shoulder "It'll all be okay" He kisses my forehead.

"I'm so stupid" I sob "I never should've told him"

"I think what you did was right" He says "If you didn't, then you'd constantly be hurting yourself, this is what was best for you"

"But Alex" I cry "I love him"

"I know you do Baby" He coos, kissing my forehead again "But he's not worth your tears" He wipes them away with his fingers "Come on, let's get you some comfort food" He stands up, pulling me with him.

"Mac and Cheese?"

"Yes" He nods, wrapping his arm around my shoulder and we walk off campus to Main Street, to a small pasta cafe, ordering food on the iPad set out and Alex pays, telling me to go get a table and he'll get our drinks. I sit in the corner booth, my back facing the wall, and I tap my fingers on the table, my nails making a clicking sound.

Alex comes over to me a few minutes later, putting a cup in front of me and smiling warmly as he hands me a straw. I thank him and stick my straw into my drink and taking a sip, sitting it back down on the table.

Our food comes out soon after and I smile at my giant bowl of mac and cheese. Alex chuckles at my expression and I stick my tongue out at him before I take a bite, moaning at the taste.

"I love Mac and Cheese"

"I know you do" He chuckles, pulling out his phone as it rings. He stares at it before looking at me then back at his phone, answering it and putting his phone up to his ear.

"Hello?" He answers "No, I'm busy right now..." He trails off, looking at me "I don't care, I'm busy" He sighs "No, don't. I mean it, don't you dare- hello?" He says into the phone "Fuck" He curses, looking down at his phone. He looks slightly panicked and I look at him in confusion.

"What?" I ask, until a voice cuts me off.

"Oh, so this is why you're busy?" Austin chuckles, sitting down next to Alex "Trying to move in once I moved out" He pats Alex's shoulder "Be careful though, she's quick to fall" He winks at me "And she's got a boyfriend, but you already know that" He stands up "Guess, I'll let you get back to this" He shrugs, before walking out of the cafe.

"I'm so sorry" Alex sighs.

"It's alright" I shake my head.

"I've never seen him like that before"

"Me neither" I shake my head "I don't know what happened"

"I'm so sorry" Alex repeats.

"I'm not hungry anymore" I look away, staring at the blank wall beside me.

"I'll get you a box" He walks towards the front counter, getting me a box and bringing it back to me. I put my Mac and Cheese in the box before closing it, leaving my empty bowl on the table and grabbing my drink. We walk out of the cafe, and I see Austin at Buffalo Wild Wings with a group of girls and my chest twists.

"You can go with him. I'm just going to go home anyways" I shrug, and he looks at me skeptically "I'm not going to get mad Alex, go" I roll my eyes and he thanks me, kissing my cheek and walking into BWW, sitting with Austin. I walk back to my dorm and unlock the door, putting my food into my mini fridge before closing it and walking to my brothers room. I knock on the door and he answers it quickly, running a hand through his hair.

"Hey, what's up?" He asks.

"I'm thinking about going home for the weekend, go visit mom and I was wondering if you wanted to go"

"No thanks, I'll stay here. I mean we'll be going home in a month anyways so what's the point of going?" He asks.

"I don't know, but I'm still going" I shrug my shoulders, turning on my help but he stops me before I walk away.

"What's wrong Parks?"

"Nothing" I shake my head "I just want to see mom" I say, walking back down the hallway. I walk to the head of the schools office, knocking on the door.

"Good afternoon, you are?" He asks.

"I'm Parker, and I was actually wondering if you could help me..." I trail off and he nods, opening the door. I sit down in front of his desk and he sits down in his desk chair, looking at me.

"So, there's been a family emergency, and the week of finals I won't be in school so I was wondering if I'd be able to take them early that way I can be there for my family" I bite my lip.

"How soon do you need this?" He asks.

"As soon as possibly, I was hoping by this weekend if that's possible"

"I can make that happen" He smiles, and I mentally breathe out a sigh of relief "This upcoming week I'll talk to your professors about your finals and have them administer them to you" He says "May I see your ID?" He asks and I pull it from my phone case, handing it to him. He writes down my name and student number before handing it to me.

"Thank you so much, Sir" I smile.

"It's not a problem, I hope your family emergency is getting sorted out"
