Chapter 33 The Old Mel

"Delete that picture right now," I tell August.  I play with Kailyn and he puts Devin on his lap. He lets him lean onto him.

"I like it, don't you Devin," he shows the picture to Devin. He touches the screen and yells.  "I know that's your teddy bear,"  I shake my head. 

"Daddy and brother are so mean huh, we have to stick together, " I whisper.He laughs and changes the channel. He puts it on Bubble Guppies. The kids yell and move around.

"Go ahead now," I laugh and watch them dance.

"Aw too cute, " I videotaped them. Once it went off they cried, I turned off the camera. "I can't wait until they start walking,"

"I know right," he agrees.

"Are you hungry? ,"

"Yeah a little, "

"Let me go make breakfast then," I say sliding on my slippers and walking downstairs.  I begin to make bisuts, eggs, bacon, and grits.

Lamar: last night when u almost fell walking to your car XD

- I could've died.-.-

Lamar: and.

-really?,

Lamar: nah I'm jp I would be devasted!  LIKE OMG!

"You heard me?," August asks

"Nah what did you say?," I put my phone down.

"That I'm going to take the kids to my cousin's in Victorville,"

"That's a little far don't you think," The kids have never been that far away from me.

"Yeah but my aunt and mom is out there,"

Harmony: mom is finally home! :D

"What time will you be back, because my mom just came out of the hospital? ,"

"We can take them there first then I will take them,"

"Alright," I say making our plates. After we all finish eating,  we get dressed to go see my mom. "You want to see Granny?," I ask Devin and Kailyn. They probably don't even know who she is. Shes been in there for a while. I put on my black leggings, dodgers jersey and my Jordan 11s. I got them dressed and put their stuff together. "Babe come on!," I yell from outside. I shake my head and walk upstairs. "Babe," he jumps as I walk into the room. "Everything alright?,"

"Yeah I just needed to do some real quick,"

"Ooh okay," I smile and walk out. Whatever he was doing he needs to hurry up, I walk downstairs and put the kids in the car.

"Hey mom!," I say walking in.

"Hey baby, oh my gosh look at my grandbabies!," he says getting up. She lost all of her hair, she is left with a pixie cut. "Come here," she says picking them up. "And your married! August finally!," he laughs. "I missed so much," she says sitting down. I sit next to August on the couch. Harmony tells me show is on her way, my father talks to August outside. "So much," she says in a baby tone.

"Im glad your better now," I say.

"Yeah," she sighs. "Yeah, he looks just like his father," I smile. "Kailyn has your smile and eyes,"

"I know," Kailyn blushes, just like me. "Oh Kailyn you love the attention," I said.

"Girl stop you loved it as well," I laugh and pick up Devin, I fix his curls.
