Chapter 7

Nicos POV
I was on the ground with riva on top of me and I didn't move I just stared back into her dark green eyes until I hear
"Nico is that you?!!!!"
I heard a familiar voice it was Percy.
"Wait up Percy!" I heard annabeth behind him.
I looked away from riva to see them looking down at us.I quickly got up shaking the dirt of me.
It wasn't just Percy and annabeth but hazel and Leo were here.
"Who's she" Percy said raising his eyebrows and smiling.
"A new demigod that I found"
"Just a demigod not a friend or anything or something else..."annabeth questioned.
"As if"Riva spoke.
"Oh come on nico is she your girllfrrienddd"Leo teased.
I was getting annoyed and wanted to leave.
"Oh shut up,take her to Chiron I'm going to my cabin"I replied
"What you can't just leave me with these people I don't know them"riva said
"I'm sure you'll get on fine you don't need me all I had to do was bring you to camp that was my quest its completed and now I'm going"I said to her I shrugged and turned around and started walking towards my cabin

Rivas POV
I was extremely pissed I shouldve known he was a jerk don't know why I even thought even for one second that I actually liked him.I was standing at this camp with four people just staring at me.
"So your single yayy"the guy named Leo said.
I didn't reply I was too angry too.
Leo had curly brown hair and light brown eyes.He looked cute in his own way I guess there was something smeared on his face like he had been making something.

"Come I'll take you to Chiron"a blonde girl said to me she had grey eyes which made her look intelligent.
"what's your name"I asked curious.
"Annabeth daughter of Athena and what's yours"
"I'm riva and daughter of unknown.."
She laughed "you'll find out soon"
We headed to this guy named Chiron while the other people went of doing whatever demigods did.One of them was Percy Jackson son of Poseidon which I thought was pretty cool and Leo was son of Hephaestus and hazel was a daughter of hades Nico's sister so far hades seemed like my favorite god which is probably not a good thing I think...
We made it to the big house where Chiron was .I was interested in this Chiron guy.
"I have to go back to my cabin I have some work to finish you can just knock on the door and ask for Chiron"
"Ok"
"And also Percys my boyfriend so back off just incase you decide to like him"
"Woah alright not my type anyways"
She smiled slightly and headed back.I was about to knock but I heard some voices I decided to eavesdrop because its fun.

"When r u going to tell her do u think that she will ever claim her"it was nico talking
"She has to claim her Percy made the gods promised".
"I don't think that applies to her for some reason"
"We'll have to see"
"She's the fucking daughter of  "

"No, I dont think she is and mind your language". ''What do you mean shes not she has to be''.He replied as if it was the most obvious thing ever. ''Matthew called and said he found another demigod as well so it could be her''. ''Two demigods?!''. ''Yes but we've had many new demigods since the war and it might not be her''Chiron said.  ''Alright then'' He replied.I heard foot steps nearing meaning he was coming this way.

I quickly moved away from the door and pretended as if I only arrived as I was about to knock but Nico opened it before I could.

"Who is it"
"Its riva the new demigod"
I stared at the guy in front if me in shock
"What the actual fuck is this"
He was a horse from down below his waist.
"Oh I'm a centaur in sure Nico has told you about Greek mythology"
"Yh but it just hasn't sunk in yet the fact that its real"
"You'll get used to it soon anyways come in we have much to tell you"
"Not 'we' you mean 'I' I'm not staying"Nico said
"I thought u said you were going to your cabin"I asked him
"Yes and so people change their minds you know".
He left again .
"Come in, dear "
I then walked in and sat on a chair in the dining area.
"So what did u need to tell me"
"Everything you need to know about camp"
"Likeeee..."
"Well I don't know if nico told you but your going to be claimed by your mother and then we can move you to your cabin but till then you'll be staying in the Hermes cabin"
"Why the Hermes cabin"
"Well usually at camp they take new demigods until they've been claimed its always been like that"
"OK can I leave now"
"Not yet you also have to choose a weapon,everyone has they're own weapon.You'll be training as well I'll get nico to show you around camp if he agrees.For lunch and dinner you go to the pavilion"
" where do I get a weapon"
"Tomorrow morning go to the hades cabin its at the end if u follow from the Hermes cabin and tell nico that I told him he has to show u around camp"
"Why nico he doesn't really like me"
"Who else do u prefer then"
I though for a second and realized I didn't really know anyone.
"Never mind I'll stick with nico"
"I know he can be a bit difficult but he's just had a hard past let's say so try not to let him get to you"
"OK"
I wanted to leave badly for some reason I hate being with strangers for some reason.
I then went to the Hermes cabin which Chiron had described what it looked like.

A/N this book is moving slowly so I'm trying to speed it up a bit and also were finally at camp yayyy.Thanks for reading and also I would love some feedback as well xx
