Chapter 10: Can I have this dance?

*Third person*

[Zara]

A girl with dark brown hair starts to sing and do a slow dance type thing with the guy she was walking with.

[Terrence (Zara)]

We'll keep dancing (to keep dancing) wherever we go next

The guy she was with also starts to sing with the girl before the chorus jumps in.

[Both (chorus)]
It's like catching lightning the chances of finding someone like you

And with every step together, we just keep on getting better

The couple smiles at each other before the guy takes the lead again.

[Terrence]

The guy spins the girl in a circle as he sings almost like he's proving the point.

[Terrence (Zara)]And you can't keep us apart (even a thousand miles, can't keep us apart)

The girl does a light jog ahead of the guy and said guy follows her before they stop again.

[Both (Chorus]

They do the same dance as they did earlier this time a little bit different.

[Zara, and Terrence]

As the girl takes the lead in the song they end up in an amazing spot and they continue to dance without a care in the world.

[Terrence (Zara)]

The sound they have in the forest out in the open is incredible the birds chirping along like they're the music.

As Terrence and I stop singing we find ourselves in our secret area that we found last year Terrence with a picnic basket in hand looking back a lot better then he did a few days ago light blonde hair looking nice and clean his pale skin at its usual light shade and wearing one of his nicer outfits which was a light red formal but casual t-shirt and black jeans with black nice shoes. I was wearing a dark purple sundress with black tights and black flats my brown hair is straighten with half over my right shoulder.

"You look nice." Terrence comments after some silence. "So do you." I tell him and we start to bring out the red and white checkered blanket and put it on the grass for us to sit on.

"It's been awhile since we've been able to do this." I say. "With exams and leading our groups for camp it has I can't believe that we got today off." He mentions. "At least we got our special day off." I tell him.

We go into another comfortable silence taking in the birch wood trees surrounding us the white puffy clouds in the crystal blue sky bright yellow sun peeping over the tree line, the sound of birds chirping and animals making their natural noise was just a beautiful thing. I take a deep breathe in and let it all out finally being able to relax.

"You ready for lunch?" Terrence asks bringing me out of my daze it's been two or three hours since we ate breakfast most of it was walking to this spot here my stomach growls as an answer. "Here." He goes into the basket and brings out a strawberry jam sandwich a bottle of orange juice and some chocolate chip cookies.

"My favourite." I comment he chuckles softly before grabbing the same thing himself.

We continue to eat lunch before we start to talk about how school went and what to expect this year for school. What we didn't expect the clouds to get a light grey and more to surround this area and the for thunder to be heard in the distance.

"We should have sang the song now." Terrence chuckles I punch him as an answer. "What's with you and punching me!" He exclaims. "You're punch able." I tell him punching him in the shoulder again. "I'm going to take that as a compliment." Terrence sighs before we lay down on the blanket staring at the once white clouds turning to grey and hearing more thunder as the storm gets closer to us.

"Should we go?" I ask him. "Nah." He replied before giving me a quick kiss and we snuggle a bit longer trying to keep warm as we both forgot to bring a jacket.

What we didn't expect was to fall asleep.

I decided to add a little more about Terrence and Zara's relationship and let's say August 19th 2015 is when they got together okay? Good.
