Stormy day.
*Terrence*
I was awoken by a loud bang. Followed by heavy drops of rain. I sit up rubbing my eyes before realizing that they were wet, to which I wonder if I started crying but then again u don't recall falling asleep either which confuses me even more. Shortly after the loud bang Zara wakes up grumbling something that I didn't here before she's up and realizing the same thing.
"When did we fall asleep?" She asks me confused. "I have no idea though with the storm clouds surrounding the place and the fact that it's raining cats and dogs out here I'd say for awhile." I respond before packing up the stuff and putting it in the picnic basket. "I'm wishing I brought a jacket or at least a sweater." Zara mutters rubbing her arms before I reach in the basket and grab my sweater jacket thing from our school. It had a white lining on the inside and the outside has silver stomach and back and the arms were a pale blue colour on the left side by the chest was a silver "SA" in hand writing.
"How?" Zara questions speechless. "Had it the entire time, you know how weather changes in this city." I reply shrugging as I do before another crash of thunder hits and a few minutes later lightning lights up the sky.
"What about you?" Zara ask concerned. "I'll be fine the cold doesn't bother me anyways." I smirk as she glares at me. "No more Frozen." Zara demands taking the jacket and then walks away from me.
We continue to walk every five minutes a loud crash of thunder hits followed by a few flashes of lightning and more heavy rain falling lighting up the place before it goes dark again the only light being the flash light that I decided to pack. "What time is it?" Zara asked when I check my watch. "5:30pm." I reply and we start to pick up the pace.
The faster we walk the closet the thunder gets and the brighter the lightning is the rain is getting heavier as well making it harder to see still we keep pressing on throughout the storm hoping to get to camp before it gets worse when suddenly I let out a cough. "You're getting sick." Zara said worriedly. "I'm fine." I say hoping that I'm right.
After what seems like hours but was probably only thirty minutes I see the camp buildings and the one that is on is the dining hall where I see campers in when a loud crash of thunder hits and a bright flash of light and the rain goes from water to hail. We run into the dining hall soaking wet, well at least I am Zara looks somewhat dry. "Anyone have dry clothes?!" I hear my sister yell out as we step inside. "On it!" I hear Evin and Cali yell out to her as they grab their rain jackets and run out to the cabins five minutes later they appear Evin gives me some clothes and Cali gives Zara some.

When I get out of the bathroom in dry clothes I might add I notice that everyone in camp is in this building which has me confused. "Why is everyone here?" I asked. "Every other building has a power outage so we are seeing how long this one lasts until we have to go back into the city life." Evin said before going and talking to Taya.
I walk towards Zara who's wearing a pair of what I think is Cali's light purple sweats and one of Taya's light green baggy long sleeved shirts. Talking to Cali and Evin. Cali I guess sees me coming their way and she pushes me to where Taya is sitting by herself. "What's up?" I ask her sitting down noticing almost everyone is avoiding us for the most part. "People are acting weird I have no idea why." Taya said with a bit of depressing tone to it. "Maybe they're planning something for us?" I said thinking. "What's coming up though, when I think about it I can't think of anything." Taya said and we both sigh in sync before laughing and then we quiet down when the power goes out.
"Great just great." Someone mutters.

Hello Artists!
Sorry about the update happening a little bit later than usual... I was in Marine Land for most of the day and I had a fun time. Yesterday I was at the falls and I'll post some pictures when I'm done this note thingy.
This is the second last chapter of this book, yes o know it's ending quickly but it's a prequel thing for the beginning of a new series. So either this Thursday or next Monday the final chapter thought it'll most likely be Thursday.
This author note is done and I'll post some pictures down below from Niagara Falls. Hope you all had a fantastic week and see you all on Thursday!
